   Ordered salt & pepper chicken and chips, egg fried rice and black bean sauce and the chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavour. The chips were very soft with no flavour and we asked for carrot in the chips and got almost non. This place has definitely gone down hill as we weren’t impressed last time we ordered from here, but gave the benefit of the doubt. Wont be ordering again.

   The lady who serves you here is brilliant, so happy and polite. The food is good, but salt and pepper chicken is seasoned rather than cooked with the onions, chilli etc. Parking is a nightmare but be considerate of residents. Would return I'm sure.

   I've never spat out a prawn cracker before, but there's a first for everything... Sweet&Sour Chicken balls were stodgy and undercooked, the rice and noodles tasted like they were done in old oil or possibly reheated. Everything tasted bland. Only good thing was the staff were friendly, but doesn't make up for the food.

   Disgusting and inedible! Food tasted like it has been cooked in dirty oil and nothing tasted clean. Photo of what was left after a few mouthfuls. Utterly disappointed. Avoid if you don't want a portion of food poisoning

   Best Chinese Chips I have ever tasted. While most places mix in peppers and veg with their salt and pepper chips, Happy Valley simply coats them in delicious spice. I get a bag every Friday lunchtime when they happen to open between 1pm and 2pm. I've had other things from their menu too and it has always been top notch. Very nice food and very friendly staff.
