Had very bad experience. Ask for Loaded fries they put chicken curry on top and chicken was smelly as well.
had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. The staff were very polite, helpful, and made sure everything was served on time. I really appreciate their excellent service and friendly attitude. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Cha Cha Chai in White Rose had some hits and misses during my recent visit. First off, the customer service wasn’t great. I had to wait a while to get served, and honestly, there weren’t any manners from the staff. I wasn’t expecting a full-on conversation, but a simple "hi" or "thanks" would have been nice. It wasn't even busy, so there wasn't a good reason for the wait or lack of basic courtesy. If there was a long queue, I’d understand needing to be patient, but that wasn’t the case. On the bright side, the samosa chaat was really tasty. It had a good level of spice and was well-made. It’s definitely the highlight of the visit. Overall, Cha Cha Chai is a mixed bag. The samosa chaat is worth trying and it’s priced well aswell, but the poor customer service really brings down the experience. If they could improve their service and be a bit more welcoming, it would make a big difference. As it stands, it’s hard to recommend when there are other options around with better service.

Came across this place while visiting White Rose Centre with Family. Tried few different items from the menu. I was expecting the wraps to be slightly bigger & better but nope they're not. Samosa chaat was ok but nothing special. Onion bhaji was definitely freshly cooked but it lacked the actual flavour and taste. All in all I would say the prices didn't justify the actual products. It wasn't really busy but the tables were just messy with leftovers from previous customers. A young Asian lad doing security for M&S comes and speaks so rudely with 2 girls while the girls were laughing along with him and I could clearly tell that they know each other from before he just kept swearing at them in Punjabi language which actually annoyed me Service and Quality Overall was Below Par & Definitely Needs Looking into By The Management.
Tried for first time recently. Had chicken naan roll and chicken loaded fries. Both naan and loaded fries were soggy due to the chicken mixture/ topping used. Loaded fries had slight flavour (from the sauces) and the naan roll had no flavour/bland. Haven't tried other items on menu so can't comment on them. Have found similar alternative places around Leeds/ Bradford to offer tastier food.
So today was the first time we tried this place out. We ordered chicken biryani, chana chat and pani puri. I was actually expecting the puri to be crispier like they meant to be crunchy but instead it was stale. I watched the girl get it out of shop bought packaging. The filling was just as bad as the puri very tasteless. I love puri’s but this was absolutely disgusting. I have families live in Birmingham and they always bring me pani puri’s from an Indian sweet shop where it’s freshly made.
Always have a lovely cuppa and paratha roll when we come shopping. Yummy and lovely seating
Keep returning for lunch. Have had all types of the rice dishes. Both types of their kebabs, masala fries and a (could be wrong) white milk cake desert. All have been tasty and served quickly.
Usually get the samosa chaat when I come here as it’s lovely but had this at the weekend and only put 1 samosa in it so it was just full of yogurt and salad AND they’ve put the prices up! I wouldn’t mind the price increase if the portion was same as previous. Ridiculous. Won’t be back here again.
