Ordered food at 3pm arrived at 6, stone cold. Loaded fries with cheese sauce on menu, no cheese sauce, fries welded to container and not edible. Customer service appauling, will not be ordering again
Ordered food after work around 22:30, arrive at 22:45 so was very fast but everything stone cold. Went to the takeaway in person with 5 minutes and was told it’s cold because it was delivered more than 30 minutes ago and told me to reheat it in the microwave it’ll be fine. Gave the order back and walked out never again. Rather throw the money down a drain and eat grass in the garden.
Don't come here. Service is shocking especially through delivery apps. No communication, cold food, missing food, no offer of a refund, blocked numbered after calling a few times to ask about our order. Absolutely shocking. Hasn't been the first time either I've had about 5 orders from here in the last 5 weeks that has been cold, wrong or missing.
First time ordering since its previous name. Awesome food really impressed everyone enjoyed it including the kids. Delivery driver was really friendly too.
Avoid. The food made us genuinely ill. The "Loaded Cheese Fries with Chicken" is a disgrace. A small, rubbish portion of fries with barely any cheese or chicken on them, or any kind of topping at all for that matter, and they have it priced at £6.49... For loaded fries of that quality?? What a joke. They have photos as well showing what you get, but the food looks nothing like the photos. Delivery also took ages. Never again.
Giving a 1 star purely because you can’t give 0. Sent me undercook and pink chicken in my wrap and the nuggets were also undercooked. It’s made myself and a friend instantly badly. DO NOT ORDER FEOM HERE!!!
