Disappointing to say the least. I've been waiting and counting down the days till Thatziki opened after seeing a post on Facebook. Just placed my order on deliveroo, £14.80 before fees etc for the "Big Fat Gyros Box". Paid extra to have it in a box over a pita which is a first for me as the name of the product clearly says BOX so I'm not sure why I had to pay an extra £0.50 to have it in a box. The description states DOUBLE the meat. What I've received is clearly a single portion and wasn't that nice either unfortunately. I selected pork only and what I received had the consistency of chicken... It was cubes of meat too and not the shaved pork you would normally expect. I've attached a picture so you can see. The "double meat" portion is just the portion of meat on the right hand side. Chips taken up most of the box. The tzatziki sauce included in the box also didn't taste right, it tasted way too sour which is ironic as you would expect out of everything, they'd do the Tzatziki right. Overall, such a shame, I really wanted to like this but I cannot recommend it at all over the other options available online. If the other options are a 10, this box was around a 4-5. Cons: - Cubes of "Pork"? - Small portions of meat despite it claims to be double portions - Having to pay an extra £0.50 to have it in a box when the listing says "Big Fat Gyros Box" - Chips taking up most of the box instead of the "double portion of meat" - Tzatziki wasn't nice, was too sour Pros: - Halloumi Cheese is included which is nice
