I recently visited Tortilla and ordered a burrito bowl; it was absolutely lovely, incredibly filling, and packed with flavour. Since I am currently on a training course and trying my best to make sensible food choices, I was especially impressed by the nutrition page on the website. This feature—where you can easily tally the ingredients for your custom dish and get a clear breakdown of calories, protein, and carbs—is brilliant. It should absolutely be an industry standard, as it empowers customers to make smart choices without guessing. For a side, I indulged in some tortilla chips served with the Salas Roja Dip. Be warned: when they say spicy, they mean it! I was genuinely in tears while eating it, but the flavour was so addictive that I honestly couldn't stop...future me wasnt impressed. All in all, for a chain fast-food restaurant, this was a high-quality, memorable meal and a welcome break from the norm. Highly recommended!

Love to eat from here, they make delicious and fast food. I received great service from Shalice, she is friendly and accommodating. I ordered a cheese quesadilla, i dont like to eat meat in it and she made and placed my order through the till. Would recommend staff are friendly and so is the atmosphere.

i’m finishing up my studies in manchester soon and i can’t believe i’m yet to leave a review on the first place i’ve eaten here (memorable). i had great, quick bites here. the food arrived very swiftly and tasted nice. i had the burrito, and my friends typically go for the burrito bowl. the customisation in the machines make it really nice. had a greeaaaaat time and my tummy is happy :)

Staff are friendly and helpful Burrito bowl for £9.50 isn’t that big for the price and two scoops of mexican rice is abit harsh Compared to back home we get a bigger bowl for £8.90 at BOMJUM there’s a difference if look it up But food is good bigger portions needed Always come here when on Manc

I rarely write reviews, but after my experience today, I felt it was necessary. I visited this Tortilla location two months ago with a friend, and we were both shocked by how rude the blonde lady serving was. The customer service was terrible, and my friend even tried to bring it up, but it was ignored. Today, I gave this place another chance and deeply regret it. The same blonde lady prepared my wrap, and again, her attitude was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. I had ordered lime in my wrap through the self-service screen, and when I politely asked if she had included it, she aggressively opened the wrap (making a mess of it) and shoved lime in. I’m paying for my food – not asking for it free – so why is it so difficult to just include what I ordered and treat customers with basic respect? I lost my appetite entirely. Other Tortilla branches, like the one in Arndale, actually ask if everything is okay. This one? It’s a complete letdown. And sadly, nothing has changed since my last visit. I hope management takes this seriously.

I took takeout corn tacos. Although the taste was fine, the service could be significantly improved. The server was super disinterested and didn’t speak clearly when asked a couple of questions. Plus, for the prices, the portion size is very small, and the content of meat and condiments is quite low. Was not happy overall!

Had a large burrito, nachos cheso, and tres tacos. The food was very affordable, and nachos were tasty. The rest tasted okay. Staff was very friendly.

I tried the naked Buritto which consists of chicken which is halal, tomato rice, pinto beans and salad. I wish I had added a sauce to my food. It lacked flavour without any sauce but was surprisingly filling. My son had the chicken salad with a variety of sauces. The website quite helpfully individually displays and calculates the macros and calories which was helpful for my son who was counting his calories due to his diet.

Visited this place at lunchtime so was somewhat busy. The service for me could do with some improvement as 3 different people got my order along the way but I couldn't make out what each person was saying as they spoke with such speed and it wasnt very clear as to what is what, then it just felt like the toppings were thrown on. The naked burrito was nice but the portion size was a bit small. The chicken is halal but beware there maybe cross contamination from the other meats.

It is so hard to rate this with stars. The food was 5 stars but there was no rice when I ordered and no more was being made either (close to the end of day, fair enough). So the lady kindly substituted with extra chichen/beans/salad. I was however over charged at the till because she put guacamole on it which I had said no too. Thankfully I like it but she deducted the price mistake and I kept the burrito with the guacomole. It was pretty good. The decor of the restaurant was interesting, bright and had lots of character. Shame about the piles of scruffy cardboard boxes piled up in the corner...but don't let that stop you from coming in for the good food.
