Really stingy with their portion sizes! And their prices aren’t exactly cheap you literally get a handful of chips ( you’d expect a decent amount of chips when you order fish and chips come on) The Parade chippy is around the corner and tastes just as nice , isn’t as spenny and the portion sizes are MUCH better go there if you don’t want to be ripped off.

The best fish & chips iv had although service was a bit poor. Staff were no where to be seen when we needed drinks refills. This hasn't put me off as the food was 10/10. The mushy peas were very tasty. The only improvement I'd ask for is having someone check on the customers a bit more frequently.

Quite possibly the nicest fish, chips and curry sauce I've ever had. Fish was meaty, batter was crispy, curry sauce was flavoursome. No complaints.

Looks really nice from the outside and had been wanting to try it for a while. The kind lady let us order before closing but we should have left. The food was horrible, it tasted like it was made with old oil. Could finish it. The pictures show the Haddock fish we got and then chips that were supposed to be 3 portions worth.

Very modern and inviting atmosphere. The fish & chips were really tasty and fresh. Staff were hard working and friendly too. Didn’t take long to get served at teatime on a December Friday evening. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely return.

Enjoyed our food, had two adult two child orders. Portions were bang on, tasted great, fish was a little oily but still very good. Chios a little scrappy, again, tasty and all cooked fresh. Service and restaurant were on point, you can even have a beer if you choose. Would come again and recommend.

Always drive past this place and thought we’d give it a go one day. Frankly I wish we never bothered. The chips were ok but the fish was so dry and tasteless (like it had been under a heat lamp for hours) tasted like rubber. The batter was also rubbish. Definitely will not be coming back here again what a shame as the outside looks really good.
