   Just had an order of cheese burger chips and cheesy garlic bread. Ate half of the burger then found an hair in the middle, discusting cheesy garlic bread wasn't to nice either. Chips was good. Prices was good but food not very good

   I used to order from edlington grill about 2 years ago I stopped because they couldn’t get the order right i got banned because i complained i switched to Alverley grill I never looked back I have never had a bad meal from them even got a bottle of wine at Christmas can only give them 5 stars but I want to give them 10 stars beautiful food

   We collect from the Alverley Express a couple of times a month. The pizza's are very tasty and full of topping. My husband loves a meat feast , I normally have either a Silician , Pepperoni or BBQ Chicken. They are also great cold the next day , if you can not eat it all. The staff are really friendly . We have tried other take aways in the area and they are not as good as Alverley Express. Sometimes we order Donner wraps , which are also very tasty and filling.

   Ordered 1 kebab and fries at 8:30pm on a satuday so expected a bit of a delay. I only live 2 minutes drive away so not the end of the world. After an hour and half, I rang asking where my order is to which they said they have been busy (expected) and that they had a power cut earlier in the evening (not relevant but whatever). No apology or anything but they said driver has just left. Not too happy but still only 2 minutes away. It is currently 2 and a half hours since I ordered. Rang again and asked for a refund and said I have to do it online. If there refund process is as speedy as their delivery, I may never get it. Still no apology or anything of the sort.

   Childs pizza came with hair in it so rang up and asked for a refund but only could get it if took the pizza to them while on the phone all they was doing was bickering about who’s hair it was and who did the pizza (so professional) so definitely will not be ordering from them again!
