Ordered food two hours ago for two 12'' pizzas, rang up twice to see where it is just kept saying been busy. Firstly shouldn't accept orders if you're busy. Hasn't been once having to complain about food being delivered late it's been three times for me. I would avoid ordering food from here now on. It's ridiculous how long it takes.
Honestly, opinions ordered a small fish Onion rings And chicken tenders, The fish was covered in oil my first bite. I tasted more oil than the fish same thing for the onion rings. The tenders are manageable of the thing that really pissed me off the most. If you’re ordering some tenders they should come with the sauce. He tried to charge me £1.50 extra for a sauce Paid about £15.15 honestly disappointed
Have used this fish shop many times and the food has always been good. What lets them down is the delivery. 1hour 55 min it took them to deliver just ordinary food nothing special. All you get when you ring them is we’re busy sorry. So be warned if want delivery from them.
"Under new management" fear not the new management is the old team/kitchen manager so very little has changed. The pizza is still the best in 20 miles, we travel from near Jct 29 of the M1, and it is always still fresh and hot by the time it gets home. Sometimes we pick pizza up then head to Sherwood forest or Clumber to enjoy, again always still hot. We frequently have meal deals when we visit, we like the child's pizza meal deal as you get a small pizza, chips and a can of pop, we also order standard pizzas and take them home to serve with salad.
the small lady who served me was so nice and gave me lots of chips. Very yummy .
Food is always great, The staff are always pleased to see you. The place is usually busy but you get served quickly.
Food is always top quality problem is staff are useless yet again order wrong for delivery impossible to call and get problem resolved as phone line is always engaged. Staff need to read orders and get them right as they make constant mistakes so will start to look elsewhere if continues to happen.
Really pleasant staff and the portion to price ratio made our local chippies look nothing chips were lovely and tasted great and no greasy fat on them highly recommended wish it was our local
Ordered my partner a cheese burger and chips for it to be delivered well over a hour late and to be freezing cold, there response was maybe the driver hung it out the window. They sent the driver back to collect ot so they could test the temperature for them to re heat the cold burger and send it back without the rest of the meal that had been paid for, so not only was it late it was to cold to eat when it did arrive. Won't be ordering again there attitude to customers is disgusting
