The food and atmosphere was great. Huraira was excellent, was a great server and has great music taste. Would definitely recommend.
I came in close to closing yesterday and the lads sorted me 2 5 layered burgers that ended up being 1 of the best smash burgers I've had in a while. Those lads definitely deserve some recognition for it
Constantly get your order wrong. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Sounds like they have 12 year olds answering the phones and they're not interested once they've got your order wrong they don't want to rectify it once they have your money!
Have been ordering here for years and have the quality of the food has decline over time. The burgers I ordered had super thin patties where in the past were much thicker. This will be my last time eating from this place and clearly they don't care about the standard of the food they put out.
Burger tastes good. Had the classic Cheese had alot of flavours a bit small and light thin patties Fries were good and fresh Garlic & chilli sauce was good. Recommended meal was 5.99 decent value
Ordered a beef burger chicken burger, mozz dippers and chilli cheese nuggets. Food was average there was no wow factor! But as they where reasonably priced this is what would have been expected. They where generous with the sauces and quite friendly, only thing that let them down is service time. As there where not busy but took around 15-20 minutes.
Visited this place yesterday. Modern, clean and tidy place. Good seating area for indoor eating. Tried the double cheeseburger meal . It was really good. Freshly made. Tasty. Portion size was spot on. Probably the best cheesburger in the area. Fries were good too. Cannot comment on the other menu items. Service from the staff was great. Hope Pops keeps it up as it will do really well.
