Josh gave us very good service at Nando’s today. He was polite and very friendly. And the food was very nice as usual!
Best Nando’s ever by a long shot! Every time I come here the food is 10/10 and on top of that all the staff are all so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thanks guys!
We often do lunch orders from Nando’s for our office in Headingley and the food and service is outstanding every time. Jake is very helpful and thorough and always makes us feel welcome and looked after. The food is always hot and very tasty which is impressive for such large orders (10-20 people each time. We keep coming back because the service is so excellent. 10/10

Great food all cooked really well staff were really good. Clean inside as you would expect No parking outside is an issue you get. You could get fined for parking in front of nandos.
"" BE AwaRe"" When ever you want to eat at this Nando's don't stop the car out of the restaurant. I was charged £60. Just to enter into the parking area. Before ordering I asked the customer service about the parking, they told that this is not their parking. Even it was on the front of restaurant gate. I moved away immediately. I think maximum 3 minutes were there with the car and it cost £60. So be careful.
Great overall experience... Lots of students but they kept to themselves. BE WARNED!!! DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT outside the nandos... You will be fined... Found out the hard way. Staff are well aware of this but just don't say anything about it.
Worst nandos I have every been too.... Wanted a half chicken, they didn't have any Ordered a sunset burger, I was then served a plain chicken breast instead. I ask for the bun, they didn't have any bread. Not good enough for £15
I was disappointed at the order service at the till, I was holding my two year old son and it felt like the staff behind the till doesnt like the presence of him although he was quiet. She was holding a very hushed tone while speaking with me, and for a second I thought am at a drive through at KFC, questions were firing at me even before I finish my sentence, and I know exactly what am ordering, how spicy I want my chicken! No doubt I ordered the wrong chicken for my boy, forgot about the bbq sauce. I thought she was being very rude, and on the invoice it says her name is Mel. Its a bit dissappointing as she was wearing a senior roll looking uniform and was giving orders to other staff at the same time. I wonder what gives her the promotion, maybe her past experiences in KFC?
I met a friend for a late lunch / early dinner and decided to visit the local Nando's. I was early and didn't want to sit down so waited in the foyer / entrance. Eventually my friend arrived and we ordered our food. I got the chicken livers with Prego roll (ie bread roll) and also the 4 boneless thighs with two sides of Peri-Peri chips and the new long stem broccoli. My friend ordered the butterfly chicken and requested it came well done. The staff were really attentive and knowledgeable about certain dishes. One of them was doing a nutrition degree and even provided the health benefits of broccoli. Plus a very compelling pitch to the benefits of the cloudy lemonade (I was sold, bought two glasses)! The food came through at the same time, after a conversation with the staff who mentioned that my chicken livers would take longer to cook. My only criticism is that the Prego roll was missing a sachet of butter, and both chicken dishes were cooked "well done". I mentioned this to one of the waitresses who provided an alternative without question. To conclude, this is a good Nando's with friendly staff who are on hand to provide the best customer service you'd expect from the chain. Would definitely go again.
