    A young female staff member with black hair and fake eyelashes behaved very rudely. She rolled her eyes and showed no patience when an older lady had trouble ordering on the tablet. Very disappointing customer service.

    Messed up the whole order, ingredients missing on all 4 subs, including putting bacon on the wrong one and no cheese on the steak and cheese! The bread looks like they sat on it, it was supposed to be toasted with the cheese they didn't bother with. You can't see them make the sandwich, that's the whole point of Subway, also missing any sauce, tasted like crap, waste of calories if you ask me, almost inedible, took 3 bites and gave up, cold and just plain disgusting. Girls on duty more interested in discussing their social life and talking to their friends who were in there. It also took them at least 25 minutes to make 4 subs, 25 minutes you'd think at least one would be right but no, not one.

    Probably the worst subway I’ve ever visited. The fridge with drinks in smelt like mouldy milk. The order I noticed one sandwich was wrong so they stroppily remade it. When I got home with the rest of the order half the ingredients was missing on one sandwich and instead of a Footlong garlic bread we got a Footlong margarita that had that little cheese on it was basically a sloppy over saturated in tomato base slice of bread. Shocking service. Shocking food. Travel 2 mins further to the st Anne’s one they’re much friendlier and take your order in person as well as being able to watch they’re doing it right because apparantly the ones here either can’t read orders or just can’t be bothered. Third time I’ve visited, every time it’s wrong. Won’t go again.

    Under filled the large nachos by a long shot. Fanta hadn't been refilled and tasted like sparkling water.

    As all the other reviews say, the screens are extremely laggy, tried for 10 minutes to order, gave up and tried to order at the till, but was refused service. Told him I couldn't customise to what I wanted, he said to order the sandwich and just tell him what I wanted! I only ordered 1 sandwich and it then took another 15 minutes until it was ready. Won't be going back to that one again
