   The food from here is normally good but they need to up their game on the batter. We no longer get fish from here as the battering was always poor, I usually have a battered burger but tonight’s effort was very bad, please see both images. We also asked for scraps / batter bits which they said they had but didn't receive any.

   My food did not even come and then they refused to give me a refund i do not recommend if you wanna get scammed, lady i was speaking to wasnt nice at all and didnt listen to anything i had to say, regardless she still put on uber eats that the delivery was successful. DO. NOT. ORDER

   Absolutely brilliant chip shop. Fresh cooked food, very clean and a wide variety of choices all on easy to see tv screens. The owner is a fantastic lady, always smiling and great to chat to whilst in there. Never had a bad meal yet and have been a customer there now for over 17 years.

   I ordered the chicken strip wrap and unfortunately it was dry, even though you can see some sauce, the taste is sour and there is so little of it that you can barely feel the taste, salads almost none at all as you can see in the photo. The wrap wasn't tasty. Unfortunately, the lady who made this wrap can't do it well. I recommend ordering only when a young gentleman is making food, because he can make a delicious chicken strip wrap or doner wrap.

   Visited this delightful looking fish and chips shop for the 1st time yesterday and was very impressed with my initial impression. There were very strict guidelines in place relating to the covid virus. The display was very inviting and a huge choice on the menu. I was served by an extremely polite lady who was very efficient. Arriving home we found the food had travelled well and once we tucked in a decision was quickly made that the food was amongst the best we had ever tasted. Well worth a visit, in fact, a superb place to visit.

   Rang the manager up to tell her we had found 2 small, round magnets in our food; we weren't wanting to complain, just tell her about it so that she could ensure it doesn't happen again. She totally refused to admit this and told us this was not possible and to bring them to the shop then put the phone down on us. Went back to the shop to show her and she refused to believe we found them in the food and when I asked her if she was calling me a liar, she told me I had to get out of her shop and she was ringing the police! All I wanted was a sincere apology but she was just sarcastic and down right rude! I recommend that she goes on some sort of customer service training!

   Had pizza, was soggy full of grease, most of it stuck to the box it came in, the taste was bland couldn't eat much off if. Normally get fish and chips which are decent. Avoid pizzas from there.

   Good choice of food, good price and good service but the batter was soggy and not properly cooked through. Definitely not crispy!! Whilst the fish was ok the batter was raw inside. Although it was so undercooked that it came off the fish completely when I unwrapped it. We also had battered sausage and that was the same. Soft batter that was raw inside. Its a shame as otherwise the food was good but I won't be going again.
