Amazing chippy. Lovely vintage vibes. Fish cooked to order, always busy everytime I go. Absolutely lush. Limited opening days so do check times. Always worth a trip

We parked up at Kiveton and walked along the Cuckoo Way to Shireoaks...what a lovely, interesting canal walk. Stopped off at Shireoaks Fish and Chip Shop and so glad we did. Excellent Haddock, Cod, Chips and Mushy Peas, the quality of the fish and batter was superb. Loved eating them by the canal and then burning off some calories as we walked back to Kiveton. Highly recommended.
First time i tried this fish and chip shop. I regularly used Dawsons in Worksop but since closing I was recommended this one. I was reluctant as it was a 20 minute drive from me. After a couple of months I thought I would try it and I was impressed with the service and food quality. The food was a a perfect portion and I will be buying from this place again in the near future. Fish, chips and mushy peas were absolute perfection. 5 stars to the staff.
Just been for a small cod and curry for the first time. Heard some great things about this one and there right Absolutely delicious I will definitely be back.
