   The reason I gave it 3 stars was because the car park is shocking… drivers just dump the car and walk off. You could make sure that all spaces have lines on them to help. The food and service was lovely.

   This place used to be excellent, but since the takeover, it has gone downhill massively. Yorkshire pudding is a frozen special, smash potato (yes, packeted crumbly stuff) and dry sausages. Honestly, whoever reads these reviews, you need to do something about this place as you're charging good money still. It would be fine if it was cheap and cheerful, but the Yorkshire pudding meal was £12.99!

   Meals are overpriced. Grated cheese kids lunch box is a slice of cheese in bread (not grated) with a cheap carton of juice and crisps. Not worth the £6! Bacon is hard, sausage has no flavour. No point visiting

   Lovely staff however the breakfast that was served was very disappointing as it was cold, the whole meal was hard and rubbery and we experienced this with both meals so it seems to be a constant issue from looking at other reviews aswell. We were the fist customers in so this is a huge cause for concern.

   Visited on a Sunday. Very busy. Just made it in time before queues got longer. Car park was heaving. A great band played christmas carols outside to welcome the customers. Enjoyed a great cappucino & fresh cream scone. Cake was big enough to to share. The staff were helpful & courteous. Will definitely visit again.

   Some of the food is delicious but they are often out of things. The maitr D's are not very friendly. The drinks are tiny and poor quality and everything is so overpriced. 4 for a small coffee

   Oh dear oh dear. So close and yet so far away, as the song goes. Hassled staff, unclear direction of people traffic. Confusing. Very wheelchair unfriendly. Staff member who showed us to the table said we were queueing in the wrong place and "shouldn't be blocking the aisle" (we weren't) then said "why have you come with a wheelchair on a Saturday?" Ouch! That's us told. We only wanted a few drinks and there was 20 minute wait. (Which we were told about to be fair) The food looked nice and the garden centre itself is brilliant, hence the 2 stars.

   Afternoon tea in Bloom's is £26 for two people & it's a real bargain! We got a tasty little cup of soup, quiche, the sandwiches were both very tasty & then a nice selection of 3 cakes. Can't go wrong for that price really
