   Food was amazing great service they heard me say cash they bring it to my house and they had to go back for card machine which proves the point of being the best chippie in Derbyshire pairs up with the amazing food and prices. The portions too, I’ve ordered the house special (kebab box) and it was massive even me and my dad couldn’t finish it(by the way the guy that delivered it his name is George )

   Ordered takeaway for collection last night. Fish was undercooked - batter very soggy. phoned up and was told by a very unhelpful member of staff what temperature their food is cooked at and it won't be undercooked. she then put me onto the manager who said will send replacement meal out and would take 20-30 mins. phoned up after 50 mins as still not arrived. when it did finally arrive the replacement fish was undercooked and the chips were obviously the old ones left over at the end of the night and were dried up and inedible. very disapponmied as have had good takeaways before but will not use these again.

   I ordered food for delivery via the just eat app. When the food turned up my mother and my wife both said the chips didn't taste right and were undercooked. The rest of the food was great. I phoned up the shop just to mention it to them, the lady on the phone was very nice and without me asking anything, she offered to bring fresh portions round personally and they arrived promptly along with a free bottle of Pepsi and were very nice. For me, the excellent customer service means a lot and more than makes up for a small mistake. Would definitely order again

   When I rang to order the gentleman was so polite and Lovely. When food arrived it was absolutely foul, the chips where horrible, soggy and not fresh. The fish was appalling, the batter was mushier than my peas, soggy and uncooked wouldn’t be surprised if this fish was even raw. We then called to explain we were concerned it was uncooked the adviser a woman we spoke to had disgusting attitude and the worst customer service skills ever. She explained the oil was changed hence the colour of the fish and then went on to say she had no other complaints and became argumentative. Never fever again.

   Been for the second time today. As on the previous visit, the chips were hot, crispy & delicious. The fish was very tasty, perfectly cooked with a lovely batter coating. This won’t be my last visit.
