Ordered a tower box meal via the drive through. Was handed the sides and drink in a small paper bag and told to have a nice day. Clearly the bag wasn't big enough to fit the burger, I checked though to make sure, but there was no burger. I asked where it was, him "is it not in there" They hadn't even made one, when I eventually got it, it was thrown together and falling to bits, sauce everywhere but the burger! I had just finished work so was hungry and tired with zero energy to debate how PO'd I was. Parked up to realise not been given any napkins, salt, nothing. Definitely in dire need of retraining. I won't be visiting this particular KFC again!

Foods always hot. Only issue is they never put the food into containers at the drive through, which makes it almost impossible to eat. it gets everywhere, espeially with kids. If I order a kids meal I expect it in a kids box.

The most disappointing kfc ever, if u donβt have stuff from the menu donβt try to change into something else. I ordered stranger things burger and I can tell u one thing, the most disappointing burger as I ever seen, normal bun, barely any sauce.

Went today, food including original recipe overcooked. Seating areas filthy at 8pm, so must be shortstaffed - bins overflowing as shown

I was really disappointed with my recent experience here. While eating chicken , I found a scrubber thread (like from a dish-cleaning pad) mixed in with the food. This is a serious hygiene issue and could have caused harm if I hadnβt noticed it in time. I expected better, and I hope this doesnβt happen to anyone else.

Ordered table service, waited over 35 minutes. I approached the counter and told very busy, when I insisted they check they could not find my order (kiosk machine had run out of paper so no receipt). Manager came after 10 mins found my order on the system said I could wait for food or refund. I asked for refund and was told it will take 3 days as I used Apple Pay. 3 days later I checked my bank and no refund, talking now to my bank about fraudulent transaction.

Been to this KFC a couple of times hoping the poor service was just a 'one off' but unfortunately it isnt hence why i feel the need to leave this review to warn others. The last straw was on tonights visit when we ordered our food on the app to collect at the drive through- we had to wait 20 minutes until our order was ready (despite pre-ordering) but when it did finally turn up it felt hot in the bag so figured that was our poor service done for this visit and we headed off home. Oh how wrong we was. Once home and opened we realised more than half of our order was missing- we recieved no chips or gravy at all and was missing pieces of chicken from the bucket. We rang up to complain and resolve the issue and the staff on the phone were rude and not at all interested; we was transfered through 3 employees before they just hung up the phone. It goes without saying we wont be using this KFC again.

Absoulte disgrace ordered a 10 piece family feast to take away with 2 large gravy got home to find out of the 10 pieces 8 were drumsticks and only 1 gravy and other was beans. I no it would have been different if I sat in to eat but they seem to not give any consideration if you take away absolute joke

New venue at Worksop opened Sept 2021 just off the A57, close to other fast food outlets, large supermarket and petrol station. Venue has windows to 3sides of the seating area giving a big open dining feeling to a small to medium sized area. Drive thru and uber eats is also available here. The site has a good variety of seating options inside to suit individuals or various size groups. A very modern look to the venue,Β not surprising considering how new the venue is. 4 touch screen ordering points as well as counter service. On my visit I hswd the KFC app to make my order. The process felt slower than either the touch screen or counter service but the order went through and this should not affect the overall review of this venue. Staff were well presented and polite during my visit, regular cleaning of the tables was taking place. I did need to ask for napkins, forks and salt which I haven't needed to do at other outlets of KFC. Parking is easy and shared with the other venues, 2x disabled spaces outside the door. No EV charging stations appear to be in the area. Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.
