   What horrible experience. Drove for nearly 2 hours exited to try the food ordered brisket my dog would not eat that . Wings very saggy full of oil looked old . Every other burger was the only thing was eatable was the drinks

   You guys seriously need to try the brisket burger! For the price you pay, it’s 100% worth it. The burger was juicy, packed with flavour, and you can tell it’s made fresh.

   I’ve ordered from Moon's more than half a dozen times now, and honestly, they’ve never let me down. The staff are very friendly and often efficient, no messing about. They tend to be pretty busy at the times I visit so understandably, there can be reasonable delays but, the food quality and taste generally makes the wait worth it for me. The fries are always fresh, hot and that is one of the metrics I use to decide restaurant's respect and mindfulness to its clients. I'm fanatical about fries so, my criticism is generally harsh. On this note, Moon's need not worry. Now my main order, the Picante smash burger is my usual. It's fresh, crunchy, got a bit of kick, and just works. Everything’s well put together, not slapped in a box like some other places. It’s become my go-to after a long day or post-gym. Fridays especially, or midweek when I need a bit of a pick-me-up once a week. I have observed the cooks in the background, the cleanliness of the overall seating places and I believe the place is clean and deserving of Positive reviews.

   Avoid this place at all cost because the food from here is absolutely disgusting. I found several hairs in my burger and Uber wouldn’t even refund the full price of the burger even after submitting a photo. Moons wouldn’t even pick up the phone and when we finally got through, they were useless and didn’t seem to care. Their hygiene rating of 3 is definitely too generous and I think they’d benefit from another health inspection to hopefully shut them down this time. Edit: it’s embarrassingly obvious that the recent review stating “ Now seeing some people complaining about the food here rather speaking to the management is Not the correct way.” was written by the owner or an employee of this place and is ironic since management’s response to me bringing up the issue was to say my review is fake and brand me a “hater”. Might as well be a bunch of children running this place.

   I don’t normally write bad reviews as I don’t like to impact businesses negatively if it’s something minor. I ordered from Moons a few times and food was always good. However I ordered their new combo bucket and was actually shocked with mould on one of the burgers (I asked for a piri instead of a zinger). I got a refund off uber eats but this is an actual health hazard and I’m very sad as this was one of my favourite food spots.

   Exceptionally clean, great for families to visit. The burgers and Pizza are all fantastic. The sizzler pizza and the chicken and meat sandwich are my favourite. Along with the milkshakes too. Staff are friendly and were honest about the wait on opening day due to massive demand. Biscoff milkshake is amazing! You must try it! Bad reviews for people who were impatient and would rather get a medium rare chicken burger from a -5 hygiene place on Leeds road.

   Visited Mak halal on the recommendation of a family member for a quick lunch. The outlet was clean, the staff very friendly and the options for food vast. The outlet is split over two floors so there is plenty of space to keep your distance from other customers while eating. Access to the outlet was step-less so accessible in a wheelchair although the entrance door is not automated. No designated parking but plenty of onstreet parking nearby. The food took 10-15mins to prepare which we didn't mind for a busy afternoon slot. It also meant you know it's going to be fresh. Mak Halal use one of those buzzers to let you know when your order is ready so there is no need to hang about at the counter. We got a booth upstairs and waited for it to buzz while chatting. The food itself was very nice. A good selection of sauces to accompany the burger and fries. The fries were some of the better ones available in fast food restaurants with a separate sachet for salt. The burger was delicious although the patties could have been a bit bigger. Price wise I would say it was worth it and we didn't feel short changed. Overall a great little spot for fast food and would visit again

   Super clean and such a nice spot for families! For anyone who is a fussy eater, there are endless options on the menu to choose from so you really can’t complain! The sizzler pizza, the chicken sandwich and the cheeseburger are my favourite! Let’s talk about the milkshakes!! Oh my goodness, blown away! I had the Biscoff milkshake which is better than any milkshake I’ve ever had! Better than Archie’s or Five Guys. The staff are super friendly and they even went out of their way to get some candles from the back for a cake I had brought to celebrate my dad’s birthday! This was not expected given they are a fast food chain, but so happy with the service received by all the staff! Highly recommend you to visit and see for yourself! I can’t wait to go back!
