Where do I start…. Matt changed my opinion on Mcdonalds as a whole. I really reaped the rewards of being there that day (4 weeks ago). His support was greatly appreciated, he was exceptional. I’m happy you have him, let him blossom. My grandson wishes to also thank him. I’m using his email at the moment

I visited the McDonald's in Guiseley today, and I have to say it was one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had! The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the visit feel much more personal. What impressed me the most was the food, it was actually hot when it arrived! This is the first time I’ve ever been served properly hot food from a McDonald’s, and it made such a difference. Everything tasted fresh and cooked to order rather than rushed. Overall, great service, lovely staff, and hot, tasty food — exactly how it should be. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!
A typical experience to satisfy your taste buds with familiar McD flavours. The waiting time was minimal, and the outlet was decorated with plentiful POS materials that clearly appealed to kids, drawing them in with the promise of freebies. While the entry was cheerful, the exit was a bit disappointing with toy from a 2021 lot rather than a current Squishmallow. Overall, it’s alright for a standard McDonald's visit, but it is best not to expect too much from the ongoing promotional campaigns.
What is it with this place? It's slow, disorganised and there's a 50/50 chance you get the order you paid for. The staff are nice but, every time I seem to Ieave irritated. Having waited a good 15mins for my single meal, my order finally dropped off the screen and when I asked where it was I was told it was probably ready. I wasn't given it, just told it was probably ready. Eventually it turned up another 5 mins later. I’m back again parked in a bay, ice creams melting around me, waiting yet another 15mins in the rain for my fast food. They should put a movie for all cars parked up.
Very slow everytime we go here but this time we visited as there was only a couple of cars in the queue and moved ok. But then The big mac looked like it had been thrown in the box as seperate ingredemients as a DIY burger, cheese and other parts not even in the bun/or on burger, I basically had to make it myself. Then tge chips were half full. Couldnt ve botgered going to complai. As it woulf have talen too lobg and been out working sing 7am and now heading home at 8.45pm so just needed to be home.
Fast food? Without fail every time I use the drive through even when quiet….. “can you please park up?” You then sit 15 minutes waiting for 3 happy meals and a Big Mac. You’d think the food would be hot as clearly they must be cooking it fresh.. nope! Luke warm! Somehow the order is always wrong! Staff are polite and are always apologetic but it’s not the worlds biggest list to get right!
This McDondalds is not consistent in terms of food quality or service. Some occasions it is great and spot on, but more than often service is poor, items consistently missing from the order, especially when using click and serve to the car. Food not always to an acceptable temperature or freshness.
Me and my friend could find this restaurant easily in the dark evening due to the lighted logo, which makes for a great sight. I was able to use my employee account to get a free McPlant on the app and a McCafe drink that counts for a buy 5 get 1 free offer, separately using the discount to purchase a 6 McNuggets meal for my friend. The McPlant was delicious and the tea had been served at a strong heat, all being given to me at a well presented counter by friendly staff. It was clean in the restaurant and the lights are unique, but waiting 5 mins for a meal was not fast like it's expected and my friend's cup had dirt on the side.
