It looked great from the reviews and decor, but when I ordered a large platter for Β£45, they didn't give me any sauce. I asked for some, but they weren't happy about it, and even though they had chili sauce, they said they didn't. I also asked for delivery because I saw drivers, but they said no. The food was bad, and we only ate what we could because we traveled from London late at night for an event. The rest went in the bin, and I had a bad stomach the next day.

Had a great experience at Jungle Grill in Stockport. The service was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. Food came out quickly and was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The grilled dishes were especially well cooked and generously portioned, and everything tasted well seasoned. Overall, a relaxed atmosphere with good service and tasty food, definitely a place I’d happily visit again.

Really wanted to love this place. The chaps were lovely and the food tasted amazing, but my stomach has taken a journey that feels like a sequel to my Bali belly saga in Sabah. I have been up at 4, then 6, then 8, clutching my midsection like a Victorian poet suffering for his art. And the food was not even spicy. My body simply said no thank you and then staged a full scale rebellion Still giving it three stars because it was delicious on the way in. I just cannot return because the aftermath has been so spectacularly catastrophic that my stomach has filed an official complaint with HR.

Well this was my first experience here, it was recommended by a friend to take my children and experience delicious grilled food. I have the most pickiest of children that you can image but boy did the food here amaze them and have them licking their fingers! The service was second to none, the staff was warm and friendly and really made the kids feel welcome and safe. The starters, right through to the mains were beautifully presented and full of flavour, moist and juicy to the very last bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to sit down with friends and family and enjoy a meal that will leave an impression. Definitely worth the drive up north! I think this will be a firm family staple.

Im a repeated happy customer, food has always been on point. The freshness and full of flavour, I often take the left overs home and the chicken tastes just as amazing the next day. I have experienced eating in as a diner with family and friends. Customer services is a amazing, they definitely have patience for young children, my middle child is Special needs but staff went the extra mile with him. I cant praise Abdullah enough, very quick and very polite. The restaurant as a whole is very clean, amazing staff and delicious food with great atmosphere. I have a few food allergies and they were taken care of when taking my order. For a long time I have been a takeaway customer but do recommend eating in if u have time. Most importantly they are child friendly. Thank you for the lovely food and amazing services Osama and Abdullah. Will be visiting again soon.

Very convenient location when you're in Stockport town centre and need some great food. Best eating establishment in the centre, the mixed steak special was excellent and for Β£14:49 you get ample steak and chicken, with decent fries and hot sauce. The restaurant does not have a dress code and has toilet facilities for the customer. Next time I'm in Stockport, im going back for another meal.

Must go place to eat when in Stockport City centre. Food is grilled fresh to order and flavour is on point every time. Child friendly staff made us all feel welcome. The manager AB and his team always deliver great service. Definitely recommend.

Visited this place with my siblings and cousins on my birthday yesterday. The place is small but there is adequate seating, well enough to accommodate a party of 7 and then some. I ordered the Steak Cheese Burger platter which consisted of a Steak Cheese Burger, Beef Steak, Half rice, Half chips and a drink. The beef steak was a little dry and the rice tasted too strong of a spice that I couldn’t put my finger on, other than that everything else tasted nice. I tried my sisters Beef steak burrito and I really liked that, the rice in there tasted very different to the one on the platter. The service was very good, we had the poor man running up and down for us. It was a very good evening out with my family. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

Great location and great food. Only downfall for me would be if there is a larger group may be better if someone came over to take your order as there was 8 of us. Would definitely go back again though.

Great little restaurant/ takeaway. Myself and my girlfriend visited on a Sunday at 5pm and we were the only ones sitting in at that time but within our dine in, we saw many people come in for takeaways. Upon arrival we were politely given menus and told when we were ready to order, to do so up at the counter. As of 15/08/2021 their card machine isn't working so they are cash only at the moment, as they had a sign saying their card machine is broken I presume this isn't a permanent thing for the business. We had no problem paying cash though so this wasn't an inconvenience to us at all. We ordered a Tex Mex Chicken Burger Meal with a can of Diet Pepsi and sticky fries along with a Veg Wrap with a water and Peri-Peri fries. Both of which were great and came to Β£16.70, if I recall correctly. The chicken burger was amazing, tasted amazing and looked amazing. Chicken was lovely and the toppings all went together brilliantly. The sticky fries which are 'fries tossed in special spicy bbq sauce' were very nice, a bbq sauce which was on the sweeter side and stuck true to the sticky claim. My other half had the Veg Wrap which looked and felt very well filled, as well as very well wrapped, nothing was falling out the bottom at all. The 'veg patty' which was inside seemed to be a breaded patty mainly consisting of mashed potato, along with a few peas and sweetcorn by the looks of things. It was basically just a large potato croquette which was completely fine with both myself and my other half, they enjoyed it. It also came with salsa, 'jungle fry' (peppers and onions grilled in their 'special seasoning'), lettuce and mayo inside to spruce it up. The Peri-Peri chips were normal fries with a light dusting of spicy salt, not a whole covering of the spicy salt but enough for you to taste it a little, they're not quite as good as Nando's peri-peri fries, they're hard to beat. In full, we enjoyed our dine-in experience at Jungle Grill Stockport, it was a pleasant and yummy experience. We also thought the dΓ©cor of the establishment was great, textured grey ceilings to mimic a jungle cavern, lights shining through bamboo poles, artificial candle lights with rope wrapped around them as if taken from a precarious rickety bridge in a rainforest and lots of artificial foliage on the walls, very jungle-y indeed. Can't really think of anything bad about our experience here so its a big thumbs up from both of us!
