Saturday dinner time arrival, only three staff working. No sense of urgency. We ordered, then a coach load turned up and were getting their food out before us. One burger missed, no napkins or sauces offered, self serve drinks. Staff were polite, but no sense of 'let's clear this queue'.
Vegan Royale was fresh and delicious. I am thankful to have a nice option when traveling. Thank you!
I know they inflate the prices at a services, but even so since when is burger fries and coke £15? On the plus side it has a clean, reasonably big seating area, and Amelia I think her name was is gorgeous.
Young staff who don’t really have a motivation to provide good service. They were just chatting amongst themselves a lot. Food was cold. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was white. They said the syrup wasn’t coming out and it would be a few minutes to fix it and get a new one. I was happy to wait and was given another but it was white and plain. They didn’t even check that the second drink they gave me was better than the first. I went back with the second drink and they said we are just about to change the bag if I wanted to wait longer. I gave up and asked for a refund. They had to get the manager who couldn’t refund my card because I had used Apple Pay and didn’t have my physical card on me. They had to give me a cash refund.
Stopped for a burger to put me on before dinner. Service here was quick to be fair, I ordered a burger in its own which in hindsight was an error as it came in at over £10 quid and a meal was just over £12. Good sized burger well put together not like McDonald’s that can be literally thrown together. It was tasty also!! However absolutely no way that was worth £10!!
Forever slow , rude, and they never gives you paper towels ...
Food wasn't hot and don't think they could count to 20 as I only had 13 chilli bites
The service was extremely slow when there was only two people waiting, with small orders. Staff were prolonging processing orders as they were socialising in the back. The baps were on the floor, the general cleanliness was poor and the fryer from which the chips were from looked awful. The chips were stale and cold ended up throwing them in the bin. I wouldn't bother with this burger king as their standards have dropped.
Whats the point of having burgers cooked to order if the bun and everything they put in it is chilled. So moments after you get the freshly cooked whopper its lukewarm to eat.
The wait to have your order taken takes forever and your food takes forever to be made. Really needs an improvement. Prices are really high for the tiny portion you receive.
