Food really hit the mark for all 3 of us. Generous amounts of top quality meat in a nice, soft tea cake with brilliant gravy. Fast service from a nice, chill guy. Great experience all round ☺️
Top sandwiches here. Have been working locally to this little gem of a sarnie shop and have been everyday, would definitely recommend.
Friendly bloke making the sandwiches, double checks what salad you want. Shops seems primarily for cooked meats, but the cheese salad sandwich was delicious. Nice selection of cakes.
Slow roast beef sandwich with pickled onions and horsraddish sauce and gravy amazing and the roast chicken with stuffing and gravy also gorgeous all washed down with a lovely portion of roast tatties with gravy we enjoyed it very much
I’ve never been here before but was desperate for something to eat. I had a rotisserie chicken and stuffing sandwich today, one of the nicest sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The sandwich was packed full of chicken, with just the right amount of stuffing and gravy. Next time I am in shelf I will be back.

31/06/2022- Just had a Sausage and Egg Bap/ Barm cake..absolutely delicious sandwich, happy and friendly staff, good service.. Definitely worth a stop off for anyone passing!
Yorkshire butty, absolutely fantastic Ordered several for the work lot, said it'd be ready in 10 mins and was ready when I got there. Proper feastings. The only negative is I'm struggling to move after finishing it
