Kept adding an hour to delivery time after delivery was due, 3 hours all together. Absolutely shocking! Not even a phone call to explain. Not answering phones either. Appalling!!
I got here at 7:30 PM and wanted to order a burger box meal but they said they were closing soon so they still had four pieces of chicken so they gave me small fries and the tango place gave me a coke so that's all, I can say thank you for. It cost 12 pounds.
Hi Had the worst experience in a shop the shop wasn’t busy at allI ask for order with a warp I could not believed that that forgotten it I could understand if you were very busy and they accuse and cues but that was poor. I went back in later. They’re just closed. The manager came out as rude as hell. She was told me to go home. The only young girls sometimes I forget very very poor never got my wrap . Never got an apology or anything like that, I stay at the days inn. Regular She had the cheek to go home and walk off I will never go there again and I have told the hotel At service station M1 just 31
My family and I turned up to order a boneless family bucket only to be told you can only order via the kiosk. Out of the 4 self service kiosks non of the touch screens were responding which meant quite a lot of people couldn't order. They eventually agreed to take orders via the till so a few mins after we paid was told, "sorry we cannot serve any of the meals that come with popcorn chicken so will have to refund you". I suggested that this rules out half the menu so would be happy with something substituted instead of the popcorn chicken". They said we can't think of what we could substitute them for so the money will be refunded in the next couple of days. If I could give a zero review I would, My advice is use one of the other food outlets instead.
Pitiful portion size, extortionate pricing, chicken was dry and yet still somehow uncooked in the middle so we had the throw the meal away. Go to Burger King, Starbucks, subway, hell WH Smith if you like! I’d still recommend eating out of the service station bins before this KFC
The facilities here are what you’d expect of a typical rest stop/service station. Although busy, there was still a lot of space to park. There was surprisingly a lot of room within the main building too. The food was finished quicker than the regular hughstreet chains usually are. That means, hot and fresh. My only gripe is that it wasn’t very clean. Everywhere I looked, I saw rubbish, cigarette butts or even poo bags from pets. One of the better stops to rest at!
Got there at 9.29pm (11/11/22) andnthe manager Chris Hinch said they were closed. I hadn't eaten since breakfast and I'm a type onendiabetic but he didn't care one bit. Think they can get away with anything cos they won't lose their job because staff are hard to get well KFC, you need to buck your idea up and get your staff sorted. Supposed to close at 10pm. Some people work late at night and need warm food! Sack that manager....
I do not think it even matters to write a feedback as they already got 2.5 star. However, I ordered 10PC chicken bucket box and got only six pieces. But we found it when we already started eating. I got back to them just to inform that there was 6 pieces instead of 10. I expected at a sorry but they did not even say a word.
I’m a bit annoyed with this KFC. I asked if they did a BlueLightCard or NHS discount, and they told me no. But then I checked after I saw someone else pull out their bluelight card, and lo and behold there is a discount. I’m very annoyed that they outright said to my face no, but then we’re fine when someone else asked about it. Left a sour taste in my mouth
