   NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!! As if I order this fine dining I will telephone them in advance and place my order and go and collect however this time the boy on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. He told me " oi listen pal we don't have that so pick somet else" , after this he told me about how he got a grade 9 in his GCSE math's but then proceeded to tell me that my order was 10p more than it should have been ( daylight robbery ). Once I arrived to pick up my order he said it would be another 15 mins and that they didn't have any meat left in stock and gave me all veg meals. Then once I complained the son off the establishment who doesn't speak a word of Chinese and looks like a sea urchin on smack told me to leave or there will be punishments handed out ,at this time he was pulling out a wok ( taking it to Poland? ) and trying to jump over the counter and chase me and the world famous gymnast George Duke out of the rotting door. DO NOT GO!!!

   The food was exquisite and the customer service from the son of the establishment was ok to say he least, however I believe that man cho my fellow friend and collogue could've done better on his math's GCSE as he only achieved a grade nine which is frankly appalling as I achieved a grade 5 which we all know is way better. The price was fair at £10 however man cho tried charging me an extra 10p so i had to take that into school for him the next day and then he was explaining e needed the 10p so he could buy his watermelon chewing gum, this was daylight robbery. But other than that the food was absloutely great.

   I wish i could rate more than 5 stars, this place is amazing! I don't go as often as i'd like due to it being cash only but when i do go, it's always so yummy! Chicken Chow Mein is my favourite item on the menu (Lady on the phone always accommodating with my no veg request), it's always so tasty and full of flavour. I've never had anything from here that wasn't nice. Keep up the brilliant work Summer Palace! Only 1 thing i could ask for, would be to have the ability to order online so i can pay by card.

   I go here at least once a week and I order the EXACT same thing every time. Its always perfect and the staff are lovely... but last night I was so ashamed! I ordered the same thing I normally do and I took it home, when I opened, it was not what I ordered! I then took it back and showed the woman, and told her it's not what I want and the wrong part of it I COULDNT have touching my food. She then had the nerve to dirty look me and say "you could have just picked it off and binned it". I dont pay for food to just bin!!!! Disrespectful and won't be going again!

   Absolutely terrible. Salt & chilli chicken, just like rock hard chicken strips with no chilli flakes, no spice at all. Chicken fried rice disgusting, chicken was chewy and hard. Also forgot to give us our curry sauce we ordered, didn’t realise until we got home.

   Absolutely shocking service. Ordered the same dishes every week and always same price. This week it's gone up by five pound and when called to see why was fobbed off. Checked menu and should have been £12.90 and was charged £17.50. Will not order again.
