   The food was nice and there was plenty of it. We were full up by the time we'd finished. Seated straight away asked our preference of area to sit (it wasn't too busy when we arrived - might not be possible during busier visits). Wait staff were attentive without being over the top and helpful when I had a query. You can order via the QR code website but if you want to pay in person you can order at the tills instead. Good range of menu options and spice strengths to taste. Didn't feel hurried to leave even after we'd finished and wanted another drink before leaving (again, that might be different at times when they're full). Overall I thought it was a good filling meal for a reasonable price and I liked that they had bottomless soft drink options. Would visit again.

   I had a really disappointing experience at Nando’s Rotherham. The service was incredibly slow – it took almost half an hour just to get my food. When it finally arrived, the staff were unhelpful and came across with very poor manners. To top it off, the food was cold by the time it got to the table. Definitely not what I’d expect from Nando’s, and I won’t be rushing back. Definitely the worst nandos I've been to

   So I ended up going to the parkgate Nandos on the 25th August and I was so upset as it was a special date day for me and my partner, we got the boneless meal for us both to find out there was bones in the thighs so we waited for the staff to come to us to check how things are but for the whole time we was there which was roughly 50+ minutes we didn't get seen too once so I had to call someone over that was collecting pots to indicate that we found bones in the meal as I nearly broke my tooth chewing on it as it was so unexpected, I had the manager come over apologising to us and offer us a £15 voucher that he said he would email to us but never did which made me post this review as I find that really bad practice and after all that we ordered dessert which never shown up so we asked for a refund on that aswell which the manager supposedly sorted too. I'm definetly not visiting this branch ever again they seemed very short staffed and the atmosphere was terrible.

   Me and my family went to Nando’s in Parkgate, Rotherham for lunch and had a great experience. It was very busy, but the staff handled it really well—service was still quick and friendly. We’ve been to various Nando’s over the years, and this one really stood out as one of the best. The food was hot, well cooked, and absolutely delicious. Everything arrived fresh and on time, and the staff made sure we were well looked after. We all enjoyed our meals and had a lovely time. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

   My partner is coeliac (gluten allergens) so has to be really careful when eating out. The staff were absolutely on the ball, really thorough and went through the full allergen menu prior to ordering. There were multiple options on starters, mains, sides and deserts. They even explained the areas in the kitchen where there are higher risks of cross contamination to help us make an informed decision on what foods would be safest to order. We were surprised at how much choice there was and how much effort is made to avoid cross contamination by all staff. There are other big chain restaurants that are accredited gluten free which make MUCH less effort to ensure things are safe. We felt welcome, accommodated and at no point did we feel worried about any information we had been given. Outstanding effort by the team who made what can be quite a stressful experience (the simple act of eating out), feel normal again. Thank you!

   First and last time going here. Ordered the sunset burger with hot sauce there was no taste or heat to it. The skin was still on the chicken which was very sloppy and the chicken looked a bit pink. The chips were scraggly with no taste. Really should have sent it back. It’s really expensive for what you get. May have been a bad day for them but really don’t see what people see in an over expensive place where the food is bland and not cooked properly. My opinion is avoid this place McDonald’s is cheaper and much tastier. Also my daughter ordered a plate of chips and a lump of something was on the plate couldn’t tell you what it was. They didn’t say sorry for that we’ll replace it they just said think it’s a bit of humous well are still gunna eat it. Never again

   We have a few Nando’s close by to us but we always choose to go to the Parkgate Rotherham one as we find the staff there to be great. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go above and beyond to make your experience there the best. Quick service too, and the areas which you get drinks and sauces are kept spotless too

   The chicken was covered in char - the grill needs cleaning as it was past the point of adding flavor, it no longer tasted of chicken. Chips and corn were fine. Atmosphere was nice. Wish could order easier to table as couldnt work out where to order drinks
