Absolutely awful. That was the worst Chinese I've ever had. It was bland, luke warm and lacked flavour and colour in the dishes. Not filling at all. We ordered egg Fried Rice and couldn't see or taste any egg in the rice. I won't be having any food from here again.
Salt & chilli prawns very Bland & warm at best, prawn toast deep fried to death! Duck fried rice tasteless and extremely fatty! 1st & last time we will use
The worst chicken curry ever!!!! It tasted like there was cleaning products or something in it. Had one spoon full and binned it. The rice wasn't much better either.
First time we've had a delivery from here. It certainly won't be the last! The food was delicious and fresh. Crispy batter on the prawns balls. My other half had prawn curry, the prawns were so fresh and tender. It's not very often that I leave a review but thought this was well deserved.
Normally our favourite but we had the worst meal last week stodgy special fried rice. Salt and pepper chips had no salt and pepper and the shredded beef tasted like hendos relish and the majority was batter hardly any beef. Won't order again. From favourite to worst
Love this chinese,unfortunately don't get it very often as just eat don't deliver because its 3.8 miles away
This is my favourite place for a Chinese. Decent portions and quality taste. My only negative would be I dislike having bones put in the duck and way to many onions in the kung po this being said staff are quick to make the changes and doesn’t stop me from returning. Recently had a change of ownership and hasn’t missed a beat still quality taste and service.
If we could give this no stars we would. We were regular customers and ordered a takeaway just now. Salt and pepper chicken and chips and mushroom curry. Absolutely inedible, we simply couldn’t eat it as the chicken and chips was covered in salt !! It all went straight in the bin. We expect a certain amount of salt but the chicken/chips were caked in crusted salt - awful. Really disappointed when we called to let them know to be told some customers have commented on bland food. We’ve been customers for 6 years but not anymore!
We normally order from this take away and have had no problems, food is normally tasty and flavoursome. However, the order we placed tonight was so bad I had write a review. We ordered salt and pepper chips which arrived plain and luke warm. The chips looked like they had been sitting for a while and then recooked for the order. The food was so bland and mostly cold. My partner couldn’t even eat hers it was that bad to taste. She ended up only eating the egg fried rice. Now I understand that issues can happen and therefore we decided to call the take away to complain about the order. And this for me is where the problem really began. Most take always would normally accept responsibility l, apologise and resend the food. NOT this take away. The lady who I spoke to was so rude, refused to accept any sort of responsibility or offer to rectify the situation. She called me a liar on the phone! And when I told her that I would be leaving a bad review for this, she responded to say I will reply to the review and tell people you are liar! I have NEVER ever experienced such terrible customer service. And I warn everyone to avoid this take away, as they simply do not understand The value of customer service and will quite happily take £25.00 of you and simply call you a liar over the phone if you dare to express your frustrations over poor quality food. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
