   Been a loyal PJs customer of this place since before COVID. Never been a problem and always a great deal, BUT unfortunately, on this occasion I've had to make a complaint. I ordered a small pepperoni on Monday, only for me to spew it all back up, front and rear. Food poisoning brought on by what I can only assume is a contaminated pizza. It's honestly put me right off! It was also not double mozzarella. I've lost confidence in this chain and I'm not sure I'll order again.

   I had a great experience grabbing a pizza from this joint as my first meal of the day, where the options are listed completely on menus at the counter! The cranberry sauce and mushrooms pizza was tasty and served in quick time, although staff would not let us sit down to eat only stand up which is silly in a reasonably sized outlet when it was not even busy.

   Thought I’d ignore the poor reviews and treat myself…However they’re poor for a reason. After calling immediately for a refund after my pizza was delivered. Due to lacking “All of the trimmings”. It’s been a month and I’ve still not been refunded. So I’ve decided to escalate this further with said review: They confirmed the topping error but asked me to call back in 20 minutes -they needed to speak to the manager?!? I indulged them and called them back, the same lady answered whose English was broken and extremely difficult to understand. Non the less, I understand she said a refund would be processed and that somebody would be over to collect the pizza? Weird. I agreed to this unusual practice? And waited until midnight for this phantom delivery driver to collect the pizza. Nobody came. A further 48 hours passed. I contacted the branch directly and informed them, The alleged manager explained head office deal with all refunds and they hadn’t been told, but that she would email them now and I should have my refund within the next 5 working days. Crazy… anyway. A month has passed, they’ve had more than enough chances. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Honestly the branch need to employ staff that actually want to work there and have an ounce of customer service skill. Papa Johns, please avoid wasting anymore of time and ensure my refund is processed promptly. Thanks.

   Recently they have gotten worse and worse - late deliveries and cold pizzas. Most recently my order was placed and 45 min later a call to say due to delivery driver issues it will be another 1:30h wait... either I get a refund or I go pick up the order. Being as late as it was in the evening I had no choice but go pick up the order. Terrible service. Awful. I will never use this branch again. Such a shame, they used to be really good... honestly if I could leave Zero stars, I would. I’ve deleted their app and blocked their website, I suggest you all do the same.

   Terrible. I ordered a pizza at 6:30pm. It didn’t arrive for another THREE HOURS and no reason was given or discount/refund offered. My last experience ordering wasn’t great either but I thought I’d give them another go. BIG MISTAKE. I’ll stick to Dominos thanks…

   Don’t normally rant but had to Absolutely horrible worst pizza side and dessert! Ordered a large amount of food and everything was cold and undercooked. Side of potatoes was not cooked at all! Garlic bread smelt like it had gone off along with sauce. Pizza raw dough with a tiny bit of cheese no sauce. Dough balls had tiny bit of sauce but looked and tasted off. Cinnamon rolls smelt off no cinnamon or icing on top. Will not be ordering again !

   This is legit the best pizza you will ever have. Me and my sister tried lots of Pizzerias and NONE of them is even close to Papa's. The price is unbeatable and the taste is just stunning. Literally, you cannot get any better. Yet, you can fully customize it. Large pizza like this one on the picture costs as little as 12 quid. The delivery is always ultra quick. If you never tried Papa's, go for it, you will never order any other pizza ever again.
