   My partner and I ordered donner meat on fries (I had salad, he didn't). Staff was nice althogh one (maybe the manager) came off a bit aloof, kept interrupting his colleague when we asked questions and spoke quite loudly at us - it was a bit off putting. The meals were tasty, warm and well packaged. I would check how much sauce is added to your kebabs if you like a lot - they put a very small amount even though we specially asked for a lot. A little more attention to detail would improve customer satisfaction. Clean environment. Wouldn't mind eating in if we needed to.

   Good portions, box of fries was about three times what you get in McDonald's/BK etc. Burger was delicious with lots of salad and sauce added. Large dip was big enough for a family, onion rings hot and crunchy. Had to wait about 10 minutes each time but everything was cooked to order so it was hot and fresh. You can get a big meal for under £10.

   Normally really nice pizzas, though not the cheapest and this time one of them had some extremely hot mystery chillis on it that made it inedible. No idea what they were but never tasted anything so hot. Maybe that's why it's called Hotbox!

   After our long day out at Chester zoo yesterday we looked up places to eat. We found these guys on Google maps and wow aren't we glad we did! Has soon as we walked in we was greated with smiles. Given a menu and ordered. We sat down on one of the four tables that were available. We fully went expecting takeaway food, this was more like restaurant food!! We fully enjoyed the food, the kids meals were more than enough. The kids meal pizza is a must have! All staff members were friendly and didn't make you feel uncomfortable or rushed! I'd fully recommend this place to eat. Also I noticed behind the counter how amazingly clean everything was!! Cleanest please I've ever seen! Well worth my 5 stars ✨
