   Only been twice. First time we had a salt and pepper box which was actually good and got plenty of food however we had normal ‘Chinese’ food last night. Chicken friend rice was ok and dry like it should be however the special chow mein was terrible. Very wet flavour less noodles with no veg or typically bean sprout and although there was a lot of meat, it was just dumped on top. Wasn’t cooked with the noddles and very bland. No soya sauce or sesame oil. I had to recook it with ingredients that should be in it just to enjoy it. Salt and pepper ribs were blatantly bbq ribs with a crap salt and pepper seasoning. The salt and pepper box last time was good salt and pepper but this time it wasn’t good. Maybe a new chef or a bad day but may have to try else where from now on

   It’s the chips that get the one star rating. After buying them occasionally each time thinking I’ll give them another try as they can’t always be that bad tonight I’ve been proved wrong. Tonight’s are the worst chips I’ve ever had. They are hard dried up full of eyes and bad bits and must have been kept in the warmer for hours as some are pale on one side and the other side brown as if it’s been near the heating element for hours. On the plus side my husband says the curry sauce is top drawer.

   I’ve now been waiting two hours for my food. I received a call off someone there 45 minutes ago asking for the postcode so the driver can find it and then haven’t heard anything back. Half an hour later called them back to see if it was coming, the woman on the phone said she’d speak to the driver and I haven’t heard off them since. They’re now hanging up phone calls and clearly our food isn’t coming now. If they can’t find it just tell us and I’d order somewhere else. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no communication whatsoever, which is a shame because we’ve always loved the food and drivers have delivered to us in the past. Such a letdown.
