   A deliciously classic presentation that makes you want to tuck right in. The plating is simple yet inviting, with generous portions that don’t feel over the top. I love the ramekins of sauce — they add a neat, organised touch that keeps the plate tidy. The food was hearty and cooked to perfection. It’s a proper, no-nonsense meal. The chips were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, while the batter on the fish had that perfect crunch you always hope for. Both the gravy and curry sauce were rich and full of flavour. The customer service was excellent — the girl serving us was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The seating was also very comfortable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a comforting plate of British food that hits the mark perfectly. We will definitely be coming again.

   Lovely food. My dad got the fish, chips and peas and I got a fishcake with chips and gravy. Honestly the nicest gravy I've ever had from a chippy. And the batter on both the fish and the fishcake was perfectly done, so nice and crispy. Staff were lovely and polite, made the place feel very welcoming despite them being busy. And thee price was amazing too, very cheap.

   They use Beef Dripping yum. The fish & curry sauce were lovely, I wasn't keen on the chips. Very busy lots of staff very very friendly & helpful. They have take away or eat in at the back.

   Top quality fish and chips for a very reasonable price. The restaurant was very busy on a weekday lunchtime but they still squeezed us in! Some of the best fish and chips in Sheffield for the lowest price I've seen for a while!

   Can't decide on what to give this place really, 3 or 4- but based on my own meal, I'll probably have to give it a 3. Chips were good- cod was ok at first few bites, great flavour and I think the cod was good to begin with, but honestly it was far too greasy and quite salty. The mushy peas were also way, way too salty, and I usually like salty. Partner's haddock was great however, but haddock isn't really my thing- and the curry sauce was great. Probably wouldn't let curiosity get the better of you with the battered burger, tasted funny and also way too greasy (shame they don't do spam fritters mind!)

   My mum and dad took me to see if I liked it as much as him and I've got to say it was very good the fish was really soft and moist and the pea was very mushy could do with a bit more wet not a lot but over all it was the best chippy by far I have been too.....it's 15/10 it's that good

   Very friendly cafe with great staff Something on the menu for everybody all at a very reasonable cost.the freshest most tastiest fish you could ever have reminds me so much of when I was much younger visiting the seaside & the little chip shop cafes chips fish bread & butter & a tea mmm.    Best fish and chips in Sheffield. Lovely white fish excellent batter good chips and bread and butter We visit every 4 weeks and eat in, the prices are really competitive. Super efficient and very friendly staff, clean environment. Wouldn't go anywhere else, cannot be bettered.
