Ordered on uba which cost 27.36 and received two portions of chips and free onion rings, but the legendary whopper burger and king double chicken royal did not arrive so I would advise anyone who orders from this app and premercis not to bother and go to McDonald's they can read an order.rubbish.

I recently visited the Burger King at Parkway in Sheffield and had a great experience. One of the standout features was the ample and convenient parking area available right next to the restaurant. This made it incredibly easy to access the restaurant without any hassle. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. As for the food, the burgers were delicious, cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. The seating area was clean and comfortable, creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, the Burger King at Parkway in Sheffield is definitely worth a visit, especially for the convenience of the excellent parking area.
We often drive to this specific branch of Burger king because the food and the service is always great. The only thing we could possibly put down is how narrow and tight the drive through is, but there is plenty of parking if instead you opted to park up and enter the building instead.
Only been here via drive thru, but the food has always been hot and fresh especially the fries. The staff have always been friendly. The only bad thing is sometimes the service can be a little slow, but since the food is fresh not a massive complaint.
Omg this is the worse burger king ever! They need more staff. They was 1 person cooking by per order, not in batches, 1 at the drive thru window and 1 up front. 3 employees was all. They was no one inside when I went in to order, the fella was sorting orders for the people who ordered online for the non existant delivery guys as yet, he had his back to me for 5 mins. By this time a queue behind me started forming. His method of the order system is ancient. He sticks receipts of orders in no order. He took my 2 large whopper meals order gave me the cups for me to fill up my drink myself, the drink machine was filthy. Waited for 25 mins, only for the person queued behind me to get his order first. When I queried this the employee said he random chooses the receipt of orders. Waited another 10 mins, by this time people in the queue was grumbling. All in all 40 min for my order. No apologies, not even a thank you. Then when I got to the car with my order, the burgers was stone cold, i should have had 2 large chips, but they was small chips also cold. Binned em.
It's Burger King, you know what you're getting. But this was the first time using this branch and it was awful. The place only had one other table in and they already had their food when we entered. There was only 3 of us so not a big order and it took 27 minutes to come out. The burgers were stone cold and the onion rings were burnt to a crisp. The chips were hot but they were the only thing that was. I really don't know how it can take 27 minutes to get 3 burgers out in what's meant to be a fast food restaurant when it's empty. Definitely wouldn't go back to this one. No wonder it was empty on a weekend lunch time.
Think my 12 year old could run it better . Waited like 20 minutes for two meals and the place was empty . No milkshake as the machine was supposedly getting cleaned . Food wasn't great . Partner had a coffee which he only got half a cup . Staff were not great . Tables weren't clean even though there were only us two eating in . Delivery bloke came in waiting for food and put dirty delivery bag on the table . Shocking really . Like I say , my 12 year old could manage it better . Won't be returning .
