   I think this is the largest I have been in. More like a pub layout than anything. Great unfortunately tables were full of crumbs and not wiped. Very busy and a long queue though. Would come again

   Visited here yesterday, it was busy and the que was out the door. When it was my turn the older lady was very rude behind the counter ( older lady with glasses , brown hair ) . I only put my items on the counter and said could I grab a coffee aswell please and she was speaking very abrupt " eating in or taking away " over me. No smile no thankyou or nothing - shouldn't be working in a customer service roll! We arnt local and Visited as we were out in Chesterfield for the day. We won't be returning to this greggs. Rude staff.

   This place sometimes has napkins and sometimes doesn't. They don't supply you with anything to eat your food with and hands can get very greasy without napkins. Also I asked for a steak bake on another visit and shop assistant handed me on from table already in a packet, and it was stone cold. When I questioned this, assistant said they're all cold this time of day, 2pm and just said "sorry" but just saying it. Should've have offered me something else, like a sandwich. Can't say I won't be back because it won't make no difference to Gregg's because it's a multi-coporate, rich and powerful business with millions of customers, so if you don't use Gregg's again, it's your loss and their gain in powerful business terms.
