   Had food delivered and spent the next week ill with food poisoning. We were explicitly able to tie the food poisoning down to duck wraps as everybody that had them was knocked out for a week, and the one person that didn't was ok. COntacted the delivery company who contacted Simply Chinese, but they didn't respond. Delivery company showed me their contact attempts but when i contacted Simply Chinese directly, they claimed no knowledge. I was passed around by staff when i attempted to contact them and get the impression they fire fight their issues rather than fix them.

   Absolutely disgusting meal the worst Chinese I've had, the chicken is processed cut in to cubes and tastes and feel like rubber, we had three meals and went in the bin, if you want a nice meal and don't want waste money go somewhere else

   Absolutely shocking customer service. Have ordered this evening (06/09/25). Ordered specifically to have gluten free food. Order arrived without GF chicken balls so I just had rice (!!!) the lady on the phone was SO rude. Kept arguing and arguing. Said the delivery driver must have stolen the dish (?!!!). We even read out our customer rights and how it is their problem not deliveroo- she would not offer any help. So I have had rice for dinner and we have requested a refund from deliveroo. Shocking.

   Not great restaurant food. As takeaway Chinese food, it would be passable but as a sit down meal it was poor. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The sharing starters were quite nice. Friendly service.

   It is with regret that I must leave this review after several quite poor experiences with this restaurant. On two occasions we have experienced simply avoidable cross contamination mistakes due to poor packaging. This is despite explaining the importance when ordering and being assured it would not happen again in future. In addition and more seriously, we have also encountered mislabelled food which was meant to be gluten and nut free, resulting in a referral to the Food Standards Agency.

   Went here twice whilst visiting Dronfield. The first time the food and service was great. Second time one lady was by herself and could have really done with a hand but the food was just as fantastic.

   Friendly and accommodating staff; especially to us with a Baby. Food was piping hot and very filling. Supplied adequate requirements for a baby, had a ramp, gave us a baby seat and heated up babys food. It was fesr and it nicely decorated and at around 7 o'clock it was nice and quiet with only 4-5 other people.
