   Just visited this establishment for the first time. Had Salt and Pepper Chicken, chips and curry sauce. Absolutely outstanding. Excellent , friendly staff and the kitchen was very busy. We will definitely be back!

   Have used HP loads over the years but tonight was so disappointing ! Not sure what’s changed but chicken & cashew nuts was tasteless with very sloppy chicken. Awful undercooked chips. Pale & soggy. Chips taken out too quickly when busy. Hardly touched and it went in the bin! Sorry guys something isn’t right tonight. New chef?

   Better late than never! Finally tried this chinese after years of driving past it! And how I'd wished I tried it sooner. Chicken wings were gorgeous along with the foo young meal and the curry sauce was one of the best from any Chinese I've tried recently. Will definitely be stopping there more often in future.

   After being recommended this place I can say I’m disappointed. Best Chinese takeaway you’ll have they said. A run down of my order- salt and pepper chips egg fried rice chicken fried rice, jumbo sausages satay sauce salt and pepper chicken. Double portions on some because ordered for the family Egg and chicken fried rice- zero flavour, had to finish the job when I got home and add the soy sauce myself. Salt and pepper chips were grey and soggy- again had to crisp them up in my own wok at home to make them a little bit bearable Jumbo sausages- dry, dry, dry like chewing on a vegan sausage Satay sauce- since when did satay sauce contain fish sauce? Sure it’s supposed to be a nut sauce but yet a strong fishy taste Salt and pepper chicken- again the wok came out to crisp these up a bit Wasn’t told it was cash only when ordering on the phone so arrived to a really happy looking chap who told me to go to the Morrison Daily. Really guys jump into this century please First and sadly the last time I’ll be going. (Our regular Chinese Hong Liang which is the best is closed for family holidays Please open soon)

   Went Christmas Eve ordered over phone 6.20pm Was told to come and pick up at 7.20 got there 7.30 - 10 + customers in waiting for pick up. Told the counter staff twice - didn’t give me a time. All other customers saying they had been told a pick up time but still been stood in shop 45 mins + absolute disgrace shop got fuller I counted 21 customers - they couldn’t serve the pick up orders yet they were still answering the phone taking more orders and taking orders from walk in customers - disgusting. Left at 8pm went to a different Chinese on way home - no issue at all there.

   One of my favorites places. The food is always nice chips,peas and gravy is good. The only issue I have is on fridays,saturdays it gets very busy so can be a long wait.

   This is without a doubt the best Chinese takeaway in and well around the area it's well worth travelling to (but if you don't want to, they deliver) we've been going here for years and NEVER had bad food the staff are NOT rude they are just busy!!! it comes highly recommended.
