   I got salt n pepper ribs last night 6/12/24 I had them a few times not a problem but last night very over cooked and chips what the hell ..... frozen chips I know times are hard and food waste a problem but frozen over cooked chips not a happy customer

   It says 45 mins on the website but the food arrived after 2h. We called them after 1,5h to find out if there is something wrong and they said it should be at our house in 10 mins but it took another 30 mins as if they forgotten about the order and were quickly making it. I would rate the food for 3 but in general 1 star from me. I don t think I will order here again. I get it that it is busy time of the day but they should inform their customers via the website, SMS or email.

   Horrible service rang when it was an hour later got told will be 20more minutes it then was 1hours and 30min rang again no answer rang 29 times will never be ordering from here again! not even a call back clearly not bothered about customers Also very expensive £40 for a few things

   I never thought a takeaway could mess up a order this much. I ordered some chips (which had hairs in them) I also ordered a portion of curry sauce. I received peas and I ordered some salt & pepper wings. Which had no flavour to them just a few onions. Quite simply one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. It looked much better in the bin

   I phoned to enquire about how they handled allergies. Informed them I suffer with a severe shellfish allergy and asked if they would cater for this, prepare my food in a safe place away from the shellfish and cook my food in oil not contaminated with shellfish. I was advised they were not prepared to do this. Shame on you .. in this day and age when so many people suffer with so many allergies. I certainly will be advising my friends to stay away.
