A nice atmosphere inside. You can eat in the restaurant or take away. You can ring up and order in advance or simply turn up. I found the food to be very tasty, but the price is at the higher end of the scale for a Chinese takeaway.

My wife ordered some food as we was visiting for a week . We ordered 19. CRISPY SEAWEED - not to bad 7. VEGETARIAN SPRING ROLL (4 PIECES) - the worst vegetarian spring rolls every had , Morrisons spring roll are much more nicer 4. SESAME PRAWN ON TOAST (6 PIECES) - was good 89. DEEP FRIED TO FU IN SWEET & SOUR SAUCE - the to fu was not cocked in the middle it did not even looked like it was deep fried , the sweet & sour sauce had only one one slice of carrot three cubes pineapple look like they come out of a tin one slice of onion and one slice of pepper , it felt like it was a meal for a kid 42. SHREDDED CRISPY CHILLI BEEF (IN BATTER) - the beef tasted I was actually burnt I could not even eat it. 132. EGG FRIED RICE - the egg fried rice was good 119. SPECIAL FRIED RICE (KING PRAWN, CHICKEN, BEEF AND PORK) - it tasted like it was cocked with salt in it , We was given the wrong take away ordered luck I noticed it when I was walking to my car My wife & I felt sick afterwards eating some of it re-end up putting most of it in the bin as it was inedible .

Can’t fault anything. Went in on spec looking for something to eat on my birthday. Service and meal was spot on. Had chili and garlic pork and was asked a couple of times if it would be ok being quite spicy. It was absolutely lovely.

Very quiet in the restaurant but people in collecting takeaway meals regularly. We had prawn toast, chicken satay, crispy shredded beef, honey ribs, salt and pepper chicken, Singapore vermicelli, sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour king prawns. Food was superb, piping hot, plentiful portions and good menu. Staff attentive and polite. Can't fault it.

Have been visiting The Golden Dragon for many years. Returned after a while recently and really enjoyed it. As good as ever. The lady owner is lovely and so welcoming too. Support your local restaurants.
