   It used to be much better but it's fell by the wayside in quality of the produce and care taken like most takeaways since the evolution of food apps. No care taken anymore as if it's bad they just move on to the next person but in the past they fed communities and relied on return custom, if the food was bad they would go out of business. Chinese takeaways taste nothing like they used to i'm afraid, so sad.

   The menu description wasn’t wrong when it said, Chinese fast food to take away Authentic Peking & Cantonese cuisine (Quality Restaurant style Meals) believe me I have had some Chinese dishes and eaten in some really nice Chinese restaurants, but this little gold mine of a takeaway takes some beating. I don’t usually do reviews for takeaways, I make an exception for this one, the food is delicious, and the menu is fantastic. The chicken wings, the chicken fried rice, and chicken curry is gorgeous and very tasty. 10/10 from me for certain, and I highly recommend it has it was highly recommended to me by family and friends. Can I just point out that I have read some really negative reviews about Hong Liang chippy that certainly do not reflect the food and service of this chippy, and I believe these are fake reviews from other takeaways trying to distract customers away from this little gold mine.

   Hong liang has been our go-to local chippy for over a decade. The food is consistently tasty and the staff are very friendly. It can get busy at times but generally the wait times isn’t too long. We find that it’s worth ordering on the spot than ordering over the phone as you can gauge the wait time by how busy it is.

   Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. Quick to deliver and I haven’t had a bad dish yet. Some things can be quite pricey but definitely worth the money. The only place I get a Chinese takeaway from.

   Decided to try this place as it is local to me, ordered around £25 worth of Chinese dishes and was very disappointed. Prawn crackers were chewy and bland Sweet and sour chicken tasted like sugary water Vermicelli was overcooked and had no discernible flavor Crispy Shredded Beef was OK at best BBQ ribs were watery and mostly bone with some fat The chips were respectable, though nothing to write home about I'll admit this could have been a one off and I may have gone on a bad night, but I get from another local Chinese chippy down the road, and it is consistently delicious and I've never once been disappointed. Would not recommend, save your money and order Magic Wok instead
