   Absolutely shocking customer service. Fail to tell you that food will infact take nearly 3 hours to arrive then tell you you are banned from having food delivered for cancelling the order. You cannot get through to the phone line either to tell them that they are taking too long and you need to cancel. Lady on phone shouts and talks over you absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs! Spend your money else where

   Awful.....called in today in our break for the first time and it will definitely be the last time too. The service was awful, the woman serving had a seriously bad attitude. Got our order wrong, charged us way too much but then blamed us for getting the order wrong....really?? The food wasn't worth the money.....and the gravy..... I never tasted anything so tasteless...it was so thick it wouldn't even pour out of the pot and like I said, tasteless. Never again!

   Very pleasant serving lady who really tried to please. However, it looks like it may have changed hands since we last went there. The place was deserted. Lemon sauce ... not lemony at all. Luckily I had some lemon juice to put on it just to get any lemon flavour. Crispy chicken? The batter was not crispy. Asked for well done chips - which they attempted, but they were still anaemic; although ever so slightly crisper. TBH it looked distinctly shabby and it needs a thorough clean and spruce up. I shan't be going back until it improves. It's a shame - Sorry.

   Called in for curry & chips on the way home from work, found long black hair in the meal whilst eating at home. Can't believe that hairnets are not worn whilst preparing food for public consumption. First & last visit.

   We have waited for 2 hours for our order to be delivered. Very disappointed as we have been weekly customers for years ordering the same meals so should be known as loyal customers. Was told the delivery is on the way but 35 mins have passed and still no food. Lost loyal customers a...flying g and b...for poor service.

   Very mediocre and quite disappointing. I expected better and know I could get it from The Cottage. The ribs were OK but still subpar. At least the food was hot. Notice that hardly any of the positive reviews speak of outstanding food...
