   Best Chinese Takeaway in the area. I’ve been going here since it was converted from our Sub Post Office back in the 1980s, ok so not the same owners but something’s been passed on through the years because it’s as good now as it was years ago. I’m not adventurous when it comes to food and stick to the same 3 dishes and I’ve never had a let down yet. The Beef Curry or Beef In Black Bean Sauce are beautiful. ❤️

   I used to ride past No.1 Chef all the time on the way to school, the thought of ordering one day was a promise I made to myself back then and one I'm glad I followed through on years later I ordered at 19:45, the food was due to arrive at 20:45 but to my delight, they arrived it half an hour early - what a lovely surprise... and to top it off, when the food arrived, it was piping hot! None of this cold burnt nonsense you can get with some places, it was hot to the touch and smelt amazing Probably the best Chinese I've had without any exaggeration? The chicken is out of this world and so is everything else... we will be ordering again in the future

   My favourite Chinese in the area Really great food. The food quality never changes really it's always good I can't say I've ever had a bad meal from here. The portions are a good size which is great. Great staff always friendly and helpful. Mostly Quick delivery

   This place is rotten I just received my order within 10 minutes I live 5 minutes away so there you go, however the order is cold the chicken is like rubber and chips are last week. So I phone no1 chef they refused to redeliver a fresh order and also refused to refund us they basically said tough. We use these cowboys twice a week normally..and this is how they treat loyal customers.

   we ordered tonight and I rang them to say that the food was extra delicious tonight. As they have already closed and I will forget tomorrow, thought I would post a review as loyal customers. Everything we ordered was extra fresh and tasty. If felt like it was fresh from the market today and the chef was on form. They close in November and we try other Chinese takeaways in Wilmslow which are much more expensive. thank you for keeping your prices down and still serving such good food.
