I’ve attended a number of meets at ignition and love the community feel they have. A huge variety of cars are on show , from mods to Ferraris and everything in between. Make sure you arrive early or you might be waiting a little while for you sausage bap and coffee

As a Petrolhead my son and I decided to do a drive out to Ignition on a Saturday morning for brunch. I drove 105 miles each way and the Bacon and Sausage Bap was worth it!! I was a little disappointed by the size of the venue in regards space for cars. I am used to Caffine & Machine which is a far bigger venue and so I suppose my expectations where maybe too high. A great place for coffee and breakfast though if driving in the Peak District area.
Lovely addition to the peaks! Visited on a very busy Sunday, the car park was parked and the guys were outside letting us know where to park quickly and efficiently as they were a lot busier than they were expecting when we arrived. Cafe is very cosy and welcoming. Had a lovely breakfast sandwich and some good coffee. There was a slight wait due to being mid rush but well worth it. Very impressed with the service considering they’ve just opened and still getting to grips. Already looking forward to visiting again. 10/10 would recommend.
Very welcoming people! Breakfast was good, with quality sausages and smoked bacon (could have come out of the grill a little earlier, but great flavour). Always a good chance of some “interesting” cars in the car park as well as those inside.

We visited the cafe today and it was set in a stunning location and decorated with some beautiful cars and car related items. The atmosphere and staff were delightful the items on the menu were priced fairly, we only had a drink though with us only popping in. Definitely a hidden gem, we will be planning more trips there in the summer when we can bring our classic cars.
Ignition Cars and Coffee 9am opening time, people arrived early and keen to see what Ignition Cars and Coffee is all about. Lewis and Ed’s new venture, new place for car folk to meet up and grab a coffee and something to eat while having a nosey at the different era of cars. Lewis has his Porsche inside on display and outside he has his 4C Alfa, also a few of his other classic cars. Lots of different ages of cars in the parking lot, there’s a good vibe about the place. I don’t know a lot about classic cars, then again I drive a Mini Cooper 1.5L Petrol, doesn’t compare to the Sounds of the sports cars turning up! The drinks are a good price and the food is too, the bacon ‘bap’/roll was really nice, just the right portion for me. They offer sausage,ham,cheese toasties, cakes, cold drinks. Plenty of room inside to mingle with other car enthusiasts and outside too, and get up close to the classic Porsche, if like me you like the classic cars then come have a drive out to Chesterfield and enjoy the atmosphere of Ignition Cars and Coffee!
