   my favourite Chinese restaurant in Manchester. signature dish is the boiled beef with chilli. I order that and egg fried rice and pour the rice into the dish. I no longer live in Manchester so this quality food is not on my doorstep. So I go whenever I'm in town. The atmosphere is perfect. if you like chinese/canton food, this is the authentic place

   Had an incredible dining experience at Red Chilli Authentic Chinese Food in Manchester! Every dish was bursting with flavor—from perfectly cooked duck(halal) , noodles, fish, chicken (halal) , meat(halal) , and vegetables to several other delicious items I can’t even name but thoroughly enjoyed. The variety and richness of the food were simply outstanding. Big thanks to Zhengli for recommending this spot—it truly delivered! The entire Global Corridors project team had a fantastic time enjoying this authentic and satisfying meal together. Highly recommended if you're looking for real, hearty Chinese cuisine in Manchester.

   Food tasted soo good!! We had 2 on starter menu, which were amazing, and 2 noodles soups; beef brisket is recommended. Teas in pot were huge, Chrysanthemum smells so aromatic and sweet. Staff were attentive.

   Not busy on Saturday’s night which is perfect for us. They do both hongkong style and Sichuan style dishes. We had 2 noodle dishes and 3 meat dishes.Very efficient service but also friendly. Surprised by the cumin lamb, authentic and also tasty. This is more like a homemade style not a fancy place but we like it!

   The food was nice, not too sure how authentic it is as I'm not from Szechuan (Red Chilli's cuisine). Didn't order anything spicy but the three cup chicken was nice, the waitress offered boneless chicken option and bone on chicken option to me as she clearly understands some people doesnt like bone on meats. Portion sizes were reasonable, price is on the higher end but chinese restaurants are normally in this range around China Town Manchester (approx £10 per main). The service was fast but I was the only customer in the restaurant, as seen in the photographs. Despite being the only person in the restaurant, the waiter and waitress wasn't near my table and keep looking at me, I was quite comfortable eating at my table by myself. The waiter was nearby, if I needed anything, he was there to help. Overall a good experience. Songs were nice, they are Cantonese and the staff are Cantonese in a Szechuan restaurant but it's all fine as the staff did know what to recommend on the menu. They recommended me the Ma Po ToFu 麻婆豆腐（which is the most popular homemade Szechuan dish) and some of the other spicy options. It was quiet when I was there so the atmosphere was quiet but not eerie. Overall a good meal, I would highly recommend.

   Overall an adequate restaurant. Would give 3.5 stars. Menu looks good with lots of choices. Food and price is matching but wouldn’t say it’s amazing, maybe I haven’t tried their best dishes. Not as spicy as I thought it would be but I have yet to try other dishes. Would recommend to try once. Great location too in the city centre. Went a little early when it opened and they didn’t have white rice only fried rice otherwise service was great. Pay by CASH or card.

   Look for Alan the manager and say that Scott sent you! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for good food and good service at a pretty low price! The sweet vinegar pork tenderloin is really good, just remember to tell them to make it extra crispy and cooked!
