   Ive been a customer since the days of tom and I must say what a massive let down it has now become. The food lacks flavour and the service is slow, a real shame considering this used to be one of the best food spots in the area.

   IM FROM LONDON I WORK IN THE AREA. SO ONE DAY I PUT A NOTE AND SOME COINS ON THE COUNTER. THE LADY STOLE MY COINS!! THEN CLAIMED THAT I DIDNT PUT ANY COINS THERE, THEN REFUSED TO SERVE ME. AFTER STEALING MY MONEY.. I DONT SUPPORT THIEFS. HERE IS MY TAKE ON THE SHOP 1. THE CHIPS ARE HORRIBLE 2. SERVICE IS SLOW 3. LADY IS RUDE 4. THE RICE HAS NO TASTE I WISH I COULD GIVE IT MINUS 1 OUT OF 10.. NOT WORTH IT

   I have been using this Chippy since the Tom's had it from the 90's until they handed over to the new owners. The Service now is terrible. It is very slow even when you order online for collection, you're still waiting 20-30 mins before you get your food. Also, they close whenever they want. Mr Tom used to close once a year when he used to go back to China for about 3 or 4 weeks. Apart from that, they were open for the rest of the year. These new owners close when they want and for weeks on end. It's gone down hill in my eyes and they're are obviously not bothered about keeping loyal customers. They won't be getting anymore money from me. I'll rather go somewhere else who appreciate their customers loyalty.

   Absolutely fabulous meal, from the soup, then duck pancakes and finally garlic special. Could not fault it. Prices reasonable with fast delivery, food still hot upon arrival. Would recommend to anyone. Well done JIN DU !!!

   A 5 star takeaway, Food is excellent along with the service which is very amenable and friendly. It was highly recommended by a family member and i was not disappointed and would like to extend the same sentiments to all who are are searching for good quality tasty Chinese food. I shall be going back on a regular basis to order again. Thank you...... and keep up the good work and the overall quality with customer satisfaction.
