Food was very bland and overpriced … worst Chinese iv ever encountered…won’t be ordering from them again

Ordered a £50 order they forgot our duck and pancakes so we called and very politely explained on the phone we were missing these items. They were so rude, accused us of lying and then admitted they did forget the duck and said they will deliver another one in 40 minutes. Horrific service and mediocre food.
Absolutely rancid. Crab and sweetcorn soup- worst I’ve ever had, was basically water and sugar… vile! Satay chicken- not satay, again brown water and sugar. Chow mein was nice but that’s about it.
Ordered last night and there was glass in the food reported this to police and council only for the owner to now deny I ordered the food from them what a JOKE
Absolutely awful stuff. S&P ribs were baked not deep fried. Not a red chilli to be see anywhere. Hot & Sour soup tasted like Bovril. Chicken rolls were tasteless and obviously from the cash and carry. Chips obviously done in the oven. Awful. Dim sum, wrong item and rubbish. All in all, a terrible experience and this establishment should be extremely ashamed of themselves. A complete waste of £29.50 !!
Curry was tasteless, the gravy tastes like housing sauce, the prawn toast was to thick, salt and pepper chips just no taste to them at all, salt and pepper chicken dry and awful, Best thing about it was the prawn crackers, had to give it 1 Star because couldn't give it any less, will not ordering ever again!!
Original review Our current favourite Chinese, food is always delicious a few mistakes usually forgetting the prawn crackers or a drink but always sorted quickly and delivered to us or saved till our next order. Salt and pepper shredded chicken is brilliant (freebie if you spend over £20) Chips are frozen chips but they are nice so I wont complain about them we are slowly working through the menu but I just love the chicken with pineapple so tend to return to that July 2020 update No idea what has happened there but the food has gone down hill. Salt and pepper chips were tasteless, just normal chips with lots of onion and some pieces of chilies in the bottom of the tray same with the once awesome salt and pepper shredded chicken. Annoying as we ordered 3 portions of S&P chips and should have just ordered normal ones. as they tasted the same as the normal ones we bought and 2 portions of S&P chicken. the curry sauce was ok though.
