Ordered food 7pm, arrived 2 hours later. Missing items, incorrect food. Rang back up for a refund, woman on phone shouting at me to come down to the shop, I explain its now 9.15pm and I can't bring my children out, also explained I ordered a delivery so why should I come out? After threatening to report them for no issuing a refund she said she would send driver to collect food and refund the card payment, after 20 minutes of being told she could not refund a card. By this point I don't trust she would actually refund. Reporting and claiming a cashback instead.
Give your money to a worthy restaurant. Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes, I rang and politely asked how long the wait would be to be told it would be 1 extra hour and when I asked why this was and why I wasn't contacted regarding this, the woman put the phone down! After mumbling and giving it oh my god!
Bad food they won’t give us a refund threw food at us and threatened me because I asked for a refund and got my order wrong wouldn’t recommend coming here they have rats
Just bought a Chinese from here, went and collected like I always do, usually the food is really nice from here. I've just found a long black strand of hair in my chicken chowmein, rang them back to inform them of the situation to be told she wasn't accepting what I was saying!! Will not be ordering from here again
Found a hair in food after eating a few chips rang to say I wanted my money back and they can take.the food back as this is unacceptable and they tried to say we had put the hair in the food ourselves despite no one having hair that dark and no pets. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and after eating a few chips and discovering this hair under them it's made me feel very sick and put me off wanting to eat anything else. When speaking to the staff they wasn't interested in listening but instead accusing us of placing the hair there ourselves. I've never had any complaints from this takeaway but after this I will not be ordering from there again
