   having bought a Peking Duck from a supermarket I realised when I opened it there were no pancakes or cucumber included so decided to go and see if Wok 2 Go could help. They certainly could ...so I asked for 2 packs of pancakes and the salad whilst offering to pay. Well to my amazement the lady said it would be £10.50...so after I had picked myself up offline floor I looked at the menu on the wall...a quarter of crispy duck with pancakes and sald was only £13.50...so when I enquired how this was possible she said if you ordered the duck you got them free. So reducing my order to 1 pack of pancakes for now £4.50...she proceeded to tell the minimum card spend was £5....wowser...hardly a place I would call community friendly let alone customer focused...Thus review could have been growing about how they had helped but profit over ruled and I won't be giving them any more of.my money

   Read some bad reviews on here, but we were very pleasantly surprised. No gloop, just very fresh veg/crunchy and decent portions. No oily mess. Tender chicken in plentiful amounts and good portion of ginger. Excellent really. I nearly popped back in to say how good it was, especially for mass produced food. Probably on high price end of medium, but very satisfied

   We have had food from here many times. No more. The rudest woman got our home delivery order wrong, and said I could have the right order next time! I requested the order was corrected and waited 45 minutes. I rang to say we no longer wanted it as everyone else had eaten. She refused a refund and hung up on me. The delivery driver had gone on another delivery first, so by the time the corrected order arrived, it was an hour after the rest of the food. Worse service ever, and the food was just ok.

   Used to love this place but seriously gone down hill. I came in after a hard day of work to be disrespected by a young boy with ginger hair. I had to listen to him make cruel remarks to the women and gentlemen that was working with him. He made me feel uncomfortable along with his attitude not only towards me but the people working here. Hope management will make the appropriate choice and let this boy know he is a bully, I can’t imagine having to work with him. Avoid this young lad if you go in. Never will I be coming back here after how I’ve been made to feel. I will be reporting him.

   Should have just thrown £35 out of my window. Probably the deadest Chinese I’ve ever had yet they’re pricing above the odds! When we rang to complain about the quality of the food they refused refund unless I took the food back which I couldn’t do because I have a newborn at home. A male on the phone then put the phone down on me, fabulous customer service skills. Special mention for the worst hot and sour soup I’ve ever layed eyes on, don't even know how they’re naming it that lol. It literally tastes like a chicken broth that you’d have on a Sunday and looks like dish water. They’ve definitely changed hands and the foods hit rock bottom. EW AVOID

   EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for a takeaway. 2 mains and a starter nearly £40. Plain tasting, warm at delivery. Would definitely not recommend or order from here again. I could go to a local restaurant for a sit down meal with 2/3 drinks and pay less than this for what was a bang average takeaway. I would recommend that charging £9.60 for 4 ribs as a starter needs urgently reviewing. Would like to leave 0 stars but isn’t an option.

   After 20 years they've now lost me as a customer due to incompetence. British 'Chinese' food with some Thai, Korean and surrounding countries. But at a price! And no free prawn crackers! Edit: Unfortunately the best Chinese in the area by a mile.

   Absolutely disgusting! If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Ordered £33 worth of food, got it home to find the chicken was off (it stunk!!) and was inedible!! Rang up, they offered a refund, I had to drive all the way back the following day as it’s a 30min drive. We’d eaten the starter (£5.50) so imagine the shock when they only refunded £25 Unbelievably rude, uninterested customer service and rips you off in the process! Will never order from them again!!!

   A few years ago I would have given 5 stars as I always really enjoyed everything I ordered however the food I order regularly for myself has gradually gone downhill since then. I don't think the quality is as good now. The King Prawn Chow Mein is still tasty however the Salt n Pepper chicken wings which were my favourite have got smaller and smaller and drier and drier and I will not buy them again here as I am always disappointed with them now. I ordered duck spring rolls 4 the 1st time recently and they looked like cheap party 1s so tiny. Waitrose 1s r much better value and huge so r M&S ones. I have not ordered Salt n Pepper chips 4 a while but they used to be great. I have only ever used this take out for Chinese food for over a decade however I am now going 2 try elsewhere 4 a change. Sorry. Also I prefer not 2 have my take out arrive in plastic containers even though u can't recycle the card 1s.

   The box meals are worth the price as you get good size portions. I couldn't finish nine and had it for lunch the next day. The staff are friendly and polite. The social distancing measures are in place so you may have to wait outside. We have been three times now. It is better to order in advance so you don't have to wait outside. It does get very busy at dinner times so order in advance.
