   Used many times in past, won't be ordering again. Ordered via Just Eat. Gave up waiting for order after 2 hours. No way to contact. Phone continually engaged. Just Eat chatbot beyond useless. Had alternative meal by the time the order showed up. Rejected order. Next to impossible to get a refund as Just Eat have removed all the stuff referred to in the help section. Please don't accept orders you are unable to fulfil.

   Food was horrible. Waited 2 hours for a delivery and delivery never turned up. We had to drive to the shop and then had to wait for another 15 minutes: definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, I never leave reviews but having experienced this service I had no choice.

   waited 2 hours for delivery after the website saying it would be 1 hour. the food was actually quite nice however would have been nicer if most of it wasn’t cold.

   Lovely Chinese - surprised by all the negative reviews. The salt and pepper chips were fantastic, special fried rice is good, beef in black bean tasty too. A couple of the chicken balls were a little burnt and the prawn toast wasn’t great. Delivery driver was friendly and on time. Would order again.

   Rubbish food and customer service! Bought a portion of chips. These were full of oil and looked if they were reheated. They tasted awful. I phoned and explained the poor quality, instead of a solution I had a lecture about how to fry chips. At the end, I explained that I was going to return them irrespective of a refund or exchange. That is what I did. I would not recommend this to my worse ememy.....

   The gravy is nicer than nanas. Chips are on point. Nice, plentiful not too soft and not too hard. The Chinese food is sometimes all right buy mostly its not. The people as always are quite sullen. I put this down to the language barrier. Probably unfair to say as I go for food not to socialise.

   Placed an order via website. When it came to checkout there was an error and it said they order couldn't be processed. Switched to deliveroo and successfully placed the order. When the driver came he had 2 orders as the original one did go through. Checked the bank and 2 payments had been charged. Tried to contact the store but no answer. Called the next day. Was told I should have refused the delivery. The driver did not advise this. They can't offer a refund as the food was accepted. Why they didn't think that 2 identical orders to the same address within 3 minutes was an error is beyond me. Rude woman on the phone. Paid over £50 for a £24 meal which quite honestly wasn't even nice.

   the prawn toast I ordered was all dried and burnt! Not worth the £5 odd for it as there didn't see to be any prawns in there either.....very disappointed will be trying somewhere else next time.

   First & last visit ! Woman serving was not very friendly. She could have smiled and made me feel welcome, she was happy to take my money !! .....I ordered Crispy King Prawns in Cantonese Sauce with big soft noodles the prawns were not crispy they were covered in a soggy batter and the sauce tasted llike sweet and sour sauce.....way too sweet. Not worth £10.......Jade Garden is far better
