Waited over nearly 2 hours didn't turn up when I phoned them they said it was on the way , ,never again will I use this chinese put the phone down on me twice cause I complained ,unreliable as a fast food outlet don't ring them there useless ,still not got the food and I rang at 5.30 now nearly 8.00 waste of space ,gonna have beans on toast instead
Would highly NOT recommend. Ended up with food poisoning for 2 days after eating this with it violently coming up from both ends. Had to call in sick to work as I was literally bed bound and couldn’t eat or drink ANYTHING after it. Staff are dressed very unprofessional with wearing bubble coats in the kitchen and what seems to be no hygiene rules either. So if you want to end up almost in hospital being dehydrated then this is your place, if not stay far away.
Ordered food said it was on way, only live 5 mins away. Then took over half hr to deliver. But from Ordering to getting food took over 1 hr. If you ring them they pretend to suddenly not speak English and hang up on you.
The worst take away ever delivered tonight. Dishes below... one is meant to be chinese chicken curry, the other Chinese chicken & mushroom, you tell me which is which... The so called chicken looked like plastic strips, tasted like it had a sticking coating on it and was chewy, the worst tasting food ever. My chinese chicken curry was tipped on the rice in one dish, so no sauce to enjoy; greasy chips squashed in tray. How can anyone take away survive in this market serving food like this; cannot believe Just Eat even market these places. I have never left such a negative feedback, but as a chef, this food was not fit for purpose; never again :(
Ordered Fish and chips, took 10 min to explain what I wanted. After 20 min got a mashed undercooked fish. Higenics was next to none, no aprons, no gloves, delivery drivers entering kitchen, now praying not to have a good poison..
Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering via JustEat. Food is terrible. Deep fried dirt. Collected the order and the place looks minging inside as well. The only positive from the whole experiance was that I paid through JustEat so the owners will hopefully declare and pay tax. Massive "cash only" sign in the window.
Awful ordered at 18:25 order said it would be here 19:45 sat here still waiting at 20:57 restaurant don’t even have the decency to answer the phone. Rang countless times and just rings out
Ordered soup and then noodles and Special Kung Po. Delivery was on time, food was OK not brilliant. Slightly disappointed with the Kung Po. Taste was OK but there wasn't a single cashew nut in the meal. If you order Kung Po and the menu says (contains nut) you'd expect at least a few.
If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous. Don’t understand a word of English for a start. We ordered food through just eat and received a text that it was out for delivery. Waited ages and rang them to see where the delivery was, to be told that they are closed. They are so rude and put the phone down twice. I honestly don’t know how they get any customers with no customer service skills what so ever and a disgusting attitude from every single person we tried to speak to! Anybody wanting to order Chinese, I’d go elsewhere. We should have checked all of the other terrible reviews before even trying to place an order!!!
