   genuinely a really good experience here today, was passing by really late and jusr ordered some cheesy chips which were great but i noticed a free milkshake if it was your birthday and it was my birthday in exactly 30 minutes and they kindly still made it and made it a good experience thank you the staff were lovely as well x

   This has happened numerous times now the pizza being delivered like this and also requesting an adult chicken nugget meal and it only comes with 5 nuggets instead of 6 , one off is fine but the last 4 times now , I’ even stated in the notes . 6.20 for a pizza like this shocking

   Don’t get food cause it’s not nice I like getting the milkshakes allot but not even bothering anymore ordering from here just for sake of a milkshake can’t even be arsed putting cream on when your asking & paying for it… then they lie saying their is none when you call them. every single time u order you have stress about making sure theirs cream on your milkshakes because they never do it can’t be arsed doing their jobs losing good customers

   Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Ordered, were given a delivery time and an hour later and two phone calls we were still waiting. They made no attempts to let us know about the delay and the customer service was absolutely appalling. If you’re understaffed please give delivery times you can actually stick to

   The service is shocking. Our delivery of cookie dough and chicken wings arrived two hours after ordering and was missing the ice cream, the wings were stone cold and the cookie dough tasted raw. Will not be ordering again!

   Totally shocking service from manager and driver. Told 1 price to then be charged extra. Driver also said he could not give me correct change as he didn't have the right amount with him. So overpriced and short changed on same order. Manager said staff member should of told me different price, that is not my mistake. Manager also was no help and offered no solutions to any problems. Most places are free delivery over £7-8, I was charged extra for delivery for an order that was either £15 or £17 is ridiculous. Worst takeaway that I've ever used in Leigh area. Bad attitude to complaint. I feel like I have been purposely robbed but told that it is all OK and nothing will be done. This takeaway is a total joke and I would advise anyone to stay well clear.
