   The "sandwich artists" dont appear to be very artistic as when asking for salad they threaten it with enough to feed mouse. Its almost like they are on commission for saving salad. Then when you ask for more you are met with a long face like you've just taken their last Malteaser without permission. Used to be decent a few years back but not so much now. Maybe a management issue? Also the toilets are horrendously dirty. Place needs a shake up.

   Jesus Christ...... Don't ever use the Ordering Kiosks, far quicker waiting in line. I used the ordering kiosk as thought it'd be quicker, it took them 25mins to make my sandwich. Just people walking in where getting their sandwiches made quicker. Stood there 25mins, joke service. There was point no one was waiting to be served apart from me and it still took them 10mins before they even bothered to start making mine. Once I did get my sandwich and went home to eat it, the lettuce was 99% just the white stalk with hints of browness. They also literally only put 2 slices of onion on. Giving it 2 stars just because the cookie was decent. What a joke.

   Shocking service, the young girl serving made my sub only put half the amount of meat on and toasted it twice so it was burt. Also ordered a second sun that was Gluten free and she didn't change her gloves after touching regular bread. She was constantly rolling her eyes when I was asking for items.on the subs, clearly didn't want to be on her shift.

   Ordered the big breakwich for delivery and sandwich was not cooked at all? Hash browns were frozen and completely not solid, sausage uncooked, bacon uncooked, cheese solid. Needs to be a cooked sandwich for safety reasons and I was served it completely raw after paying £13

   Food quality is decent. Sometimes lacklustre on the amount of filling in the sandwiches. Delivery orders are fast but always substituted items whenever I’ve ordered.

   Was a great sandwich. Untill I came across a huge dead insect with eggs on the spinach. Knocked me so sick. I've tried to ring up to complaint phone rings out. When eventually answered, I told them I want to make a complaint. They put phone down on me. How rude! There is no where to leave messages of complaints on the webpage either.
