   Ordered from here tonight. Order arrived and we had a special fried rice missing. I rang the restaurant to explain and without even letting me finish he shouted ‘no,no you were our only customer we know everything was in the bag’. He would not let me speak, a minute passed of me explaining that no, not everything is in the bag and finally one of his colleagues told him in the background that they had indeed missed it out of the bag. He did not apologise for being wrong and did not offer to deliver the missing item, nor did he offer a refund for it. I persist to ask him to deliver it as it was someone’s main meal, he finally agreed and guess what? It took another 45 minutes for it to turn up. Meaning the person who had ordered it was now eating alone. His attitude was terrible. The food was okay, nothing wrong with it but definitely would not order again as you do not expect to be treated this way. No wonder we were his only delivery customer if this is the level of customer service they offer.

   I ordered a portion of ribs but they were more like knuckles. When you normally order ribs you get a spare rib not the fatty chewy knuckle end……

   First time we have ordered and wow!! Ordered directly. Reasonable price for brilliant food. I can’t believe how much meat was in each dish. Wasn’t loaded with salt. We will 100% be ordering again 10/10

   Ordered a delivery for a specific time. They chose to ignore this and deliver over 20 minutes early. I rang them and they couldn't care less. When I said I wouldn't order from the again, she said "Good"!! Avoid unless you want to be treated like this!!

   Oh dear it’s the first and last time I will order from here the food is horrible. Chicken and black bean sauce covered in black pepper, inedible. Chicken satay , rubber, inedible. Chips could possibly have be re fried 4 or 5 times. Oven chips too not made in house from a potato. Chicken fried rice, rubber chicken again in a heavy fried rice. Starter box containing two dry ribs, one prawn toast, one wonton and two chicken wings, probably the best item we received but no one even after a dare would touch the chicken wings. A very very expensive waste

   Ordered a portion of chips, then noticed the fryer wasn't on. Stood waiting for about ten minutes and then a wrapped portion was brought from the back. No salt & vinegar offered. When I got home I opened it up to find frozen oven chips that had obviously just been fried in the back kitchen! Absolute joke.
