Quick stop here for some breakfast after a trip to the hospital. Easy to find, quick and friendly service. Food and coffee were served hot and well. Nothing forgotten from my order and everything prepared correctly.
The drive through is thoroughly reccomended if you like waiting a long time for a small easy order (hash browns and coffee). I genuinely think I could go in and make it quicker myself and I haven't got a clue what I'm doing. I didn't ask for sugar for my coffee as I feared an even lengthier wait. At least the coffee was hot. I may visit again the next time I'm at a loose end and need to kill some time.
I ordered 15 mins ago from drive through. I’m literally the only car here, there’s no one in front of me or in the restaurant. I’m still waiting. Everything is beeping. Genuinely worried the staff might be asleep. Look at the state of the place.
Large fries ? I don't eat at McDonald's often but is it normal for the fries to only be less than half way up the container ? Also the fillet of fish looked like it was placed on the bun by throwing it across a room with it stuck like that due to the cheese and most of the sauce inside the cardboard box... Can't really say I'm lovin it
Fired my mom cause of her autism and the way she walks discrase they don't know how my mom feels and I will be sueing then
The McDonald's in Asda seem to be more capable of getting your order right than the drive through on the retail park.
Clearly need to sort their staff out, they all look miserable as sin! Doesnt cost much to smile and actually look like they're grateful to have a job jeez.. one of the staff was called katie and she had a face like a slapped a*se seriously cheer up its nearly christmas
Yet again I asked for items to be removed , lettuce and mayo off my wrap but still applied . Every time they get it wrong , how hard can it be !! . If only there was a burger king in Leigh .
Toke 10 mins to order nobody at the desk to be served no number live on screen for collection so didn’t know we’re I was in place . Staff are rude also asked on my order to eat in and still given me a paper bag and when said I asked on the app to eat in with a tray she said said oh ok . Then walked off ! Rude !!!!
